Came during time requested. Installed my new kitchen faucet. Looks and works great. Will be updating bathrooms next and then new ac. Thumbs up to Carl. Job well done

First time I called Grable was last year to have my water heater replaced. Yesterday I had to call them again as there was a leak in one of the outside hose bibs. Just like my first experience with them they were on time, kept me informed the whole time and the person was courteous and professional. He did a great job repairing the leaky faucet. Price was reasonable considering the plumbers charge almost the same as doctors :). I called Grable to fix a plumbing leak in the wall. The first they came they could substantiate the leak so they left wirhou5 charging me. I had the leak detection company come again and check for the leak. Though they could not find beyond a moist pipe they insisted that the leak was coming from an elbow in the wall. Grable came in again and this though the tech could not the leak to be there he replaced the elbow since it has rust stains on it. They are not cheap but i trust them over some other company that does a lot of advertising.
They were able to schedule my AC Maintenance which turned into an AC Repair the next day. John from Grable Plumbing & Air started off with a regular maintenance and based on the symptoms of the AC air not blowing cold enough, he was able to repair my A/C system and ensure that it blows ice cold air again. I highly recommend Grable to anyone needing work done on their AC system.
Even though the job couldn’t be completed today due to how the old facilities were placed originally, Your technician (Carl) was upfront with everything that he did and what is needed to complete the job. Excellent service.
After having been appalled at price quotes from Cool Today and Mauici plumbing, I asked Graber for a quote.They gave me areasonable price and came sooner than scheduled. Cody was very professional, got the work done quickly and cleaned greatly! Graber will be my first call next time!
Grable Plumbing is awesome! We recently purchased an older home and the shower was always slow to drain. I finally called a plumber and Carl from Grable came out. It turned into a much more involved project as the pipes were 70 years old and rusted almost closed, but over a few days Carl and the Grable team figured out what was wrong and found an economical way of getting it fixed. I am convinced that any other plumber would have ripped open walls, told us we needed to re-plumb the entire house, etc. The Grable team are professional, friendly, and take their time to do the job right. Our technician Chris was fantastic. He showed up early and knocked out multiple different projects I needed finished. I am a broker and help many clients with issues on their house, lots of horrible customer service situations but I would completely recommend calling these guys. Again, great job on a variety of skills.

Jacuzzi tub leaking. Removed pump & getting back with an estimate. Knowledgeable, courteous, on time & friendly. 5/11/23 There is still a leak. Dealing with manufacture on part. Please let Chris (tech) know they no longer sell the impeller separate from the pump. I will need to decide what I am going to do next
Sean installed turn-off levers on all my inside and outside old-fashioned turn-off faucets, which eventually leak with age. This was a preventative measure. Sean was efficient, reliable, knowledgable, an honest & diligent worker, in addition to being friendly and enjoyable. He has a positive attitude, focused on customer satisfaction. Great job and experience from start to finish!

Happy with the outcome and the tech, Sean, was friendly and efficient. The front end was a little frustrating, not receiving the estimate when promised, having to call after the estimate, however they did work with me to streamline the services to meet my finances. So overall satisfied!
