Service Tech Anthony did super job fixing ice maker issue plus much needed maintenance. He gave excellent tips for dishwasher, plumbing & dryer vent cleaning needs. Diagnosed & fixed oven range plus very useful feedback on microwave. Very pleased with everything and will call Fuse for future needs. Thanks much.

Fuse was sent out by Choice Home Warranty. They communicated well, arrived on time and completed the repair after Choice 'finally' approved the repair.

Last minute installation for our loft rooms. Decided best to install air con for those hotter months whilst we had the walls all opened. We had 3 units serving our top loft rooms with round grilles. The team were very efficient and made sure they cleaned up once complete. Completely different space and so glad we had it done.
Knowledgable staff put me at ease installing air con into my home. Walls were cut and plastered back making it all look like there were no build works. Highly recommend.

They were able to visit at very convenient times for me after work and started work way sooner than other competitors and at a competitive price. The aircon is lovely and cold during these extremely hot days!
Paul and the team were so helpful from the get go! They were quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We needed a very quick turnaround but didn’t want to compromise on quality, and that’s exactly what we got with Paul and his team. llya helped us arrange an appointment as soon as she could and from there paul managed to get everything we needed within a week! Very happy and highly recommend them. They also advised what Aircon we needed and gave us different options to choose from. The after care is also amazing - when we had a question Paul got back to us strait away with an answer. Thanks guys!.
Technician was not competent about the sub zero wine cooler. He recommended a compressor replacement which was not the source of the problem. I feel that I wasted $70.00 and received no value from your firm. I will not use your firm for service in the future.
I shopped around for the right provider as it wasn’t a straight forward job. They came up with the most accurate and also creative solution. He installed it to perfection. I was impressed by the level of care and precision. Amy was very responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

Amazing company! Our yoga studio HVAC was not working and no one wanted to come fix it. They came within two days, spent a full two hours assessing the problem and fixed it! Great service. My dishwasher wasn’t working. A guy from Russia who spoke good English was very good. He fixed my dishwasher. He gave great customer service. I would definitely use him again.

Very great experience. Professional customer service, completely transparent about all costs and giving honest recommendations that were tailored to my situation. I never felt pressured to book an appointment. Quick process for getting scheduled. I was able to get my appliance evaluated within a few hours calling in. Most importantly, though the technician did not have the part he needed, he went out of his way to drive out to go get the part and come back to fix it that day. The trip was an hour and a half to get the one part, and it was late in the day! I really appreciated that great service, and cannot express how grateful I am that I was able to use my refrigerator again on the same day thanks to this company’s outstanding service!
Anthony the repairman was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He completed the job and then cleaned up any mess that had occurred. He came very promptly after just one call instead of three calls with my previous repairman and not even call back.
The technician called before arriving. Unfortunately, the appliance were not fixable but he did give us some recommendations on a new purchase. He was very nice.
