This the worst customer service experience I ever have I feel disappointed in discrimination
Poor customer service. they should send them to a school to learn formal education. I had never felt discriminated against in this wonderful country.
Poor costumer service
Called ahead for a part a crucially needed to get my ice machine going at my bakery, Hakeem was great, understood my immediate problem and was willing to help. Arrived at location, was refused service by other representative. I drove 15 miles in traffic, was willing to pay $30 over average price by supporting a local business, yet I was turned away in a poor manner for not having an account.
