I had a kitchen drain clog. Called this morning and JP called and came at 115pm. Thank you JP you did a fabulous job and so neat and cleaned up after. Outstanding customer service from calling this morning. to finished job. Will definitely use again THANK YOU!!
I live in an apartment complex and ac finally tanked. Dallas from US HVAC was super nice and intelligent and got it done quick. Thank you!
They were able to fix our AC unit one time after our apartment maintenance guys had been out countless times. Jim and Eugene were great and got the job done well. Eugene was especially polite and kind.
Repair man doesn't show up til almost 8p on Friday. Stays for about 5 min and tells me my AC needs a new motor. Oh and by the way, the store isnt open on the weekend so no motor til Monday. I have a chronic illness and this ridiculous company is making me go the whole weekend without AC. As a future home owner, there's no way in hell I would use this company in the future.
My a.c. unit stopped blowing cold air this week. My complex manager notified me the entire unit needed to be replaced. While doing the work another issue was discovered: there had been a leak which caused more damage. Dallas & Eugene to the rescue. They arrived early this morning & promptly began working to fix the issue. Within the projected window of time original they were able to repair the damage & replace the unit. They were pleasant & polite while here & made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Living in Tampa means having A.C. is essential. I am so appreciative of these two men spending their Saturday morning here to fix my issue. Great job!

A pipe under the floor of our apartment broke. Tim and Jordan were great and got everything fixed for us, and most importantly got our hot water working again after 5 days not having it. They were both very kind and helpful. Thank you so much!
Great place to work ! Leadership has improved 100% Mike Irwin is very punctual on getting jobs and bids out to our clients. All the staff is on top of there game on giving great customer service. The plumbing service has some inspiring employees that care about there jobs,not just for a paycheck ,but as a career choice ! Great job guys . Electrical department is another punctual and professional trade that we offer great people . A/C department is going strong with employees that care about there jobs and customers. Thanks for all the hard work everyone . Keep it up and we'll strive and exceed to great rewards. I rent a condo and our water heater needed replacing. My landlord picked the company but I had absolutely zero problems setting up times or them being here on time. Gary and Tim were extremely kind and professional and worked well around the small space and my toddler. They were very accommodating and my son didn't want them to leave! I will use them for myself if needed in the future.

AWESOME job!! My shower was broken (no pressure) for months before they came to the rescue :-) Fast, efficient, and clean work!! Shower is now working fabulously with GREAT water pressure and I can finally get all the shampoo out of my hair LOL THANK YOU GARY AND TIM for replacing the entire valve stem and completing the job so quickly! I typically dont write reviews unless I am complaining about some horrible experience I had. In this case, I am delighted and felt compelled to write this reviews bc of their exemplary service. I manage several rental and investment properties and used USHAC over 10 occassions. Their prices are reasonable and workmanship is top notch. I have used them for AC, plumbing, and electrical. Most recent encounter involved this past week. I got a notice from my insurance company that they were dropping my coverage in one of the investment homes bc of a failed electric panel. I had less than one week to get this resolved. More importantly, hurricane Irma was headed towards Tampa due to arrive by the weekend. I called USHAC on Wed and they had the panel completed by Friday while the whole city was evacuating. I am amazed at the bad reviews bc I am 100% satisfied with the way the process my work orders. They have their own trucks, everyone is in uniform, their have real managers and truly a professional staff. They are a REAL company and well run at that!!!!!
Would rate 0 stars if actually possible. The woman who works in the office is rude and the company's workmanship is just plain BAD. I have a home warranty company who paid for a brand new unit inside and out less than a year ago over the last few months is has been running non stop and having difficulty keeping up. I called another company who told me that Us heating and air was responsible for 12 months parts and labor. Called US and they said call the home warranty company to put a call out. The home warranty company sent someone else who confirmed poor weld on copper tubing and a leak that has probably been their since day 1. Now US Heating an air refusing to honor warranty and said once the county inspects they are off the hook. I argued with the horrible woman and now am caught in a situation I don't like. No A.C. in the heat of summer and an incompetent company refusing to honor a warranty that my insurance company says are responsible. My advice is to NEVER use US Heating and Air.
Disorganized. Called, tech came out within a few days, great! Looked at situation, took pictures, left. Never heard from them again. 7 days later, Called. "Waiting on this, or that, will call you back by end of day". No callback. 12 days later now, Called. "Waiting on pricing". 18 days later, Called "Waiting on pricing". I can get pricing myself within 1 day, which means a company that does electrical work 24 hours a day should be able to get it within 3 business days (but most likely within 2). This company seems (by the reviews) to have a track record of just bad customer service. I genuinely give company's ample time to get things right, and I gave them multiple opportunities to make this work out, but they provide no option except for me to not recommend them.
I can only repeat what everyone has said. I scheduled this through AHS. I never received a call back so i took it upon myself to call. They told me the next day we would get service between 1-3 and would give us a 1 hour call ahead. At 1:27 they called my wife to say they were there. When I called to say I could be there by 2:30-3:00 the lady told me I had to reschedule. By far the worst company I have had to deal with and a poor reflection on AHS. Hopefully AHS drops them as a vendor after they read all these reviews and the letter I sent to AHS showing these horrible google reviews.
