The Technician was very professional and took photos of what is needed and the condition of the items that needed attention and what future repairs is needed. Very honest and conducted himself very well. I am glad I chose this company I will be looking fwd to doing future business with this company offering good customer service. Other companies need to inherit this method of professionalism.

How ever I still have issue with AC. thermostat won't keep up temperature

INSTALLED NEW SYSTEM, POORLY DONE SOLDER CONNECTION, LOST 4PDS REF IN ONE YEAR. THEN REFUSED TO REMEDIATE PROBLEM. TRIED TO CHARGE FOR THIER MISTAKES. HAD TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO EVACUATE AND RESOLDER CONNECTION.
