They were bought out but I love Easy A/C. Fast, honest, reasonable prices
I had Easy install my unit and everything was good, until it stopped working. I tried calling their 24hr line, that was a joke, nobody ever answered, we had to wait till morning to talk to somebody. Then I did an upgrade to my unit and when I got the first bill it came with a late warning, and it was the first one, I'm never late on anything, my credit score is about 740. On the second month I got the second bill. The first bill I paid the same day, but the second bill came with threat to send me to collections. I don't understand why they did that, but that's the last time I buy anything from Easy air, money hungry company
I can’t say they did maintenance because they won’t. Had an agreed upon service contract to have them service my A/C installed by them. Their technician told me I only needed service once a year… I said okay. Didn’t think anything of it. Now unit breaks down after 1.5 years and they say I didn’t keep up with maintenance. WHAT!? Why would I not do maintenance when it’s free? Not to mention they didn’t even have record of the maintenance they did have on it. Their record keeping and communication is terrible. I didn’t even get a copy of the report because someone can’t spell gmail.com correctly. Tried multiple times to contact company to rectify this situation, will be contacting BBB next.
So this company needs to remove the fact that they are 24 hours, and that they participate in emergency AC Repair from their advertising. Because from what I experienced? It was 3 hours of calling and trying to get ahold of someone. 3 HOURS. When we finally got someone, she sounded like she just rolled out of bed. We were put on a "Possible" stop for Monday night but made an appointment for Wednesday. Now with a Tropical Storm/Hurricane coming this direction, they have cancelled and are not allowing trucks on the road. I know weather is not in their control, but if they're going to advertise 24 hour service and Emergency repair, they ought to follow through. WE will never be using your services again, please don't call asking when you can reschedule our appointment because chances are, we've looked elsewhere for a more reliable company, that caters to the needs of their clients, and follows through on their advertising. What a joke. Update your site with some more realistic advertising. Beware of this company, you'll only be disappointed.
Original(04.2019) Had a great experience with Easy AC. They were very quick, efficient, and professional. They were able to identify our issue quickly and install a whole new system in the same day. Austin and James kept the worksite clean and took the time to explain everything you us. Would fully recommend them! Edit (08.06.20) Just had a maintenance appointment and the awesome customer service continues! Mr. Hood was incredibly helpful and took time to explain optimization features and things to look out for. He was patient in answering my many questions and very professional. Very happy with this company so far!
Great customer service. Recently had a problem with my AC and Easy Air responded at 8:00 pm. Deivy Gonzalez was polite (little afraid of snakes) and stayed until the problem was detected. Even though he could not fix the problem (due to needing more supplies) he made arrangements for the next day. The next day, they came and took care of the problem. Easy Air is responsive and VERY REASONABLE. Thank you Easy Air!!! Ok, we had EASY AC come to service my AC again and again, Deivy Gonzalez was the tech. This guy is awesome. He remembered the house and we had a nice chat before he went to work. He was quick but thorough. We really like this guy and the service Easy Air provides. They arrive on-time and their prices are reasonable. I will keep using them for all my AC issues.
Had them come out to the house 2 times, first guy came out said the drain line was bad, didn't even look at the unit. We cleaned it out, still had an issue, no cool air. 2nd guy came said the unit was "fine" no issues. Well, it still had issues, we were without AC for 3 days, and then when we tried to schedule them to come out again, couldn't get into a reasonable time slot. Said we would be within 4 to 6 days. In Florida weather with temps 90+ degrees, this is unacceptable. Never doing business with this company again. What a waste of time and money.
We were having problems with our AC cooling the house. When Deivy Gonzalez arrived with easy AC he was polite and professional, he even made sure he had his boot covers on before entering the house each time. He quickly found the problem, gave us a quote and had it installed very quickly. He was very informative and professional.
I tried to give Easy AC another chance after my last experience (left a 1 star review and they came out to “rectify it”) and they failed miserably. My AC stopped working and they were too busy to fit me in same day even though I’m a maintenance customer. Found another company who happily came out and diagnosed the issue. Turns out, it was the same issue I was told by a second opinion last time and Easy AC said it wasn’t a problem. So now I have no AC for 2 days until the part comes in because they didn’t fix it the first time I asked about it. I am moving my maintenance plan away from Easy AC. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. Pleasant AC was great. Go to them. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Had a lightening strike to my central AC over the weekend and Easy AC got a tech out today. Deivy Gonzalez was very professional wearing his mask and observing social distance, he got right to the problem and had the AC up and running in minimal time. Was very impressed with his service... Thanks for getting me out of the heat...Highly recommend Easy AC.
Last night we noticed our ac wasn't working. Called Easy A/C and they set us up for a first call in the morning. Deivy Gonzalez was here soon after 8AM. He took all the necessary precautions with a mask and gloves and no contact. He had our ac up and running in less than an hour. He was very polite and efficient. He was honest and didn't try to tell us it was something catastrophic, just a plugged drain.
We just had a new Carrier system installed. We specifically wanted Carrier so we have no idea what other brands they may deal with. Working with their office staff, their field representative and their installation team was fantastic. And, to add, their price was by far the most fair and competitive of the three we got (all for the same equipment). It is too soon to speak to their service and we hope it will be a long time before we have experience in that area, but this company knows what they are doing and how to treat prospective customers.
David was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and quite efficient. He made sure I understood what he had done and he gave a very honest assessment of my A/C system. Easily 5 stars and would hire again without hesitation. Am about to sign up for their maintenance plan, too
Our AC outdoor unit was making an awful noise when turning off. We contacted Easy AC for an appointment and they came out the next day. Our technician, Deivy, arrived right on time. It only took him a minute to identify the problem and he corrected it quickly. He answered all of our questions and gave us some tips to keep our AC running smoothly. Great service!
We have been using Easy AC to service our air-conditioners for the last three years and they always do a great job. This time we had Billy come out and he walked us thru the process and informed us of what he was checking, cleaning and how the components worked together. For our next service visit we will definitely ask for Billy again.
I call Easy AC to replace my old unit for a new one, in less than one hr. Victor was in my house checking what system was best for my house, was very help full with his experience, next day came early in the morning Juan and Stacey perform the installation of the new unit very professionals and clean work they did , they explain me every detail of the installation and how to use my new thermostat, I recommend Eacy AC 100% they have my house cold and comfortable in less then 24hrs thank you Victor, Juan , Stacey and all the personal of Easy A/C
It was a great experience and a pleasure know my service person: Deivy A Gonzalez. He called prior to visit, arrived when he said he was going to arrive. He answered all my questions and provided options to maintain my unit at top capacity. Deivy performed his regular maintenance and advised me of adding surge protectors to my unit and replaced electrical capacitor from outside. He was conscientious about using his booties inside my house and did great explaining all his work and he will send me all this work in writing to place in my files. Provided information on additional services that will help keep my home safe and sanitized...hopefully in the future! I recommend Deivy Gonzalez to be my ONLY rep for all my future A/C needs. When my A/C stopped working, I contacted Easy A/C. I was informed that they will send a technician within the hour. She also stated that someone would call me a half hour before arriving at my location. I received A call from Deivy and he did arrive 30 minutes later. I found Deivy to be very knowledgeable, personable and respectful. He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it within 15 minutes. The best part was the work was covered by my maintenance plan and I didn’t pay anything. I would certainly recommend Deivy and Easy A/C to my friends and family.
This is the 2nd house that we have used "Easy AC" in. They have always been very professional and most cordial when the need arises, having a technician promptly available. This week we had Deivy Gonzales out to do a servicing and he was both pleasant and knowledgeable, keeping us informed and educated every step of the way.
