Highly recommend! Alex came out to diagnose a broken A/C and ended up fixing it same day for a very fair price. Greatly appreciate his professionalism and the extra time and care he took to make sure everything would work properly without having to install an entirely new unit. Will absolutely be calling him for any future work!
We, without hesitation, recommend Alex for all HVAC needs. In a time when it has become acceptable for contractors to be mediocre, Alex supersedes all expectations. He is professional, courteous, prompt and above all, honest. When he and John are finished, you never know they were there. Their clean-up is exemplary. The only contractor that was responsive was Alex with Diversified Air Solutions. He was able to fit me in at short notice. Arrived and remedied the issue quickly. Would recommend to other and I and use this service again for my cooling needs. -Josie

Dear folks, Alex reached out to me to assess our rental condo’s AC per the management company. Another AC company was given a chance to assess prior to Alex, so I can compare the experience. There was a days and nights difference as far as how superior Alex was. Alex from the first moment on has been very professional and prompt. From the inspection to ultimate replacement where he was with his associate John, it was a great experience overall. He sets the expectations right, comes over in agreed time window. Alex came with John for the replacement right in the morning and took care of it by the afternoon. They were very clean, organized , and respective of the inside the unit and perimeters. As a matter of fact, I would have no hesitation to call Alex to repair my own home’s AC system. I’m happy to have met him and he’s truly deserving of his impeccable reputation! Great job!

I'm so glad I called Alexander to assess my A/C! I didn't have to wait and he was able to repair my unit the same day, at minimal expense! Other A/C guys tried to overcharge me or say it couldn't be repaired and tried to sell me a new unit! He was prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and kind. I will never use a different A/C repairman as long as Alexander is in business! He's one in a million! A+++!

My 12-year old 5-ton heat pump system died and I needed to have it replaced. I contacted several companies to get estimates. Most didn't even bother to come here, limiting to provide an estimate via phone or e-mail. A few came and the prices varied significantly (by thousands of dollars!). One of those that came here to check what I had and needed was Alex De Armas, owner of Diversified Air Solutions. He was prompt, very professional, did not push to up sell and gave me the best price. He was flexible in terms of scheduling the service, came here when scheduled and got it done efficiently and without any issues. He and his team were friendly, answered my questions, and made sure to leave everything clean when done. When the City of Tampa inspector came to perform the mandatory installation inspection, he was impressed by the quality of the work performed - what attests to the outstanding and thorough work Alex and his team did. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and Diversified Air Solutions, and from now own I will have them perform the annual maintenance of the equipment, to ensure its longevity. 5 stars!
I needed a new ac system due to problems with our old one so I decided to call diversified air solutions since their reviews are pretty good, Alex, the owner answered we talked for a bit getting to know about the company and what not, he walked me thru quality, pricing etc. We agreed on a day and time and they were here early ready and eager to get started, the job was completed and I was overly content with how they performed and very pleased with how they conducted themselves, overall I would recommend diversified air solutions to anyone ineed of ac work.
Very Professional and reliable, Alex put my new home AC unit almost 2 years now, great work. Also Alex put a new AC unit at my aunt's house.
