Anthony was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the AC and the insurance company that we have that contracted him out to fix the problem.
They were later than I expected, but when the technician arrived, he was excellent. Professional, helpful, willing to show us how he resolve the problem and how we can avoid it in the future. Very much appreciated.
Anthony was my repair guy. He was very knowledgeable and professional. My unit was leaking water in the bedroom. Anthony saw the problem and fixed it. Thank you Anthony for solving my problem which was draining the excess water from the water pan in the attic.
Chris was very professional and very informative. He installed a part that needed to be installed without hesitation . He has the utmost integrity. I will request him every time to come out and service my AC

Thank you so much to Steven! He was amazing! We've been without A/C for 3 days after having another company out that kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. Well Steven figured out in no time flat that our A/C decibel had a problem, zero freon! I'm so very grateful for the service and the professionalism, and he spent time with us so we understood what was going on, what he was looking at and what needed to be done. The whole team from my first call to getting things wrapped up made me feel important and heard, they worked hard to get someone out here asap!
Super personable staff, very informative. Explained what was happening and why and will be reporting to my property management company so I don't have to try to remember everything they said and relay it properly.
The people at Comfort Pro, are very nice. Ricky O. was out this afternoon (6/29/23) and he did an exceptional job! I told him that I was concerned because my unit has broken down too many times and it's only three years old. Ricky checked the whole thing out, and said the unit was in good shape and the only thing wrong was the Capacitor then explained what it does and how. I was very grateful because now I understood what it does. I thank them all, for doing a good job, and being so helpful and kind!! Please thank Ricky for me for going above and beyond!!😊
Came out Monday afternoon on a service call for a system not cooling properly. Had all the parts in stock and totally replaced everything with a new system by Wednesday afternoon. All levels of the staff were most professional and responsive.

So they installed a new service in February. Since then they have to come back 3 times. The first because the AC wasn’t working. Had to wait 2 days. The second was for a failed inspection. This time the AC’s out again and they stated they wouldn’t be there until Monday. Yeah, I wouldn’t use these guys ever again. The only reason I’m calling them now is because their the ones who installed it. Worst customer service ever
Timothy appears to be an exceptional employee. He was very polite and respectful although he has a great sense of humor. He was very attentive when listening to the problems I was having with my air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable about the air conditioner and he explained to me in such a manner that I understood what was wrong with the system. Timothy appeared to be very trustworthy and I felt comfortable working with him. I give him 5 Stars -Plus
Got a new A/C unit and now our house always gets above 78 on a hot day.. they say it’s the duct work.. weird how it never did that when we had our old unit.. and after talking to the previous owners of the house they also said the house always stayed cool during the summer.. now we are burning up in our home! I wish we could have them take the unit back for a refund! Don’t recommend this company!!
Chris did an awesome job installing a new vent for us and took the time to make sure the air was blowing exactly where we needed it to be in one of our rooms

Our AC broke down in the middle of the summer heat. Comfort Pro did their best to get someone out there in two days. They just didn't have the staff to come immediately, which is understandable. They fixed it quickly once they arrived and it now works great.
