Spencer has been servicing my unit for awhile now so this review is long overdue! He is so knowledgeable, professional and kind. Comfort All-Start did a great job with our A/C maintenance and they were very professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend using their services.
I called for service around 4 p.m., last Saturday. I got voicemail and didn't expect to hear back until Monday. To my absolute delight, I got a call back within 15 or 20 minutes, and Marcus was at my door to service my air conditioning unit within an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was working again before he left. I have had nothing but great service from Comfort All Stars, we purchased our unit from them and we use them for Servicing. Highly recommend Marcus and the rest of the staff.
My wife and I had Comfort All-Stars recommended to us from some of close friends and I am so happy we went with them. Professional and quick to respond. They answered all my questions and even when a few challenges presented itself Jack and his team were quick to resolve it. The team here has extensive knowledge and provided a few options for my ducts to be replaced with some decent financing options that fit within my budget. I will be calling them again for any future services and to whomever is reading this, you should call them too.

Comfort All-Star David came out to perform a tune-up on my ac. He was very professional. Kept me informed as to everything he was doing and cleaned up the mess as he went along. I can always expect great customer service.

My technician was Spencer he was on time, and the most respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful service man I had ever had in my home. In fact I had to call the company the next day to let them know that this man was a credit to they’re company and should be recognized for his excellent service.
This company was top notch from the first contact when I called them. They were responsive, detailed and updated me along way with text alerts and emails for scheduling. I’m super busy so the reminders were much appreciated. Day of my service Spencer reached out with an ETA as well. Spencer was extremely professional and informative. I recommend them to anyone needing hvac services and will be using them anytime I have a need!
If you are looking for an AC company who plasters Christian values all over their company, but are some of the worst people. You fun it right here. Don’t let their 5 star rating fool you. They have taken advantage of many customers as well as employees. Be careful on who they let in your house. They hire inexperienced workers. Mostly troubled young man. They over work and under pay them. But worst of all they send these guys in who have no idea what they are doing. A big accident waiting to happen.

Robert went above and beyond and was very professional tried his best to find the source of our electrical problem. Even though he wasn't able to make a repair without a total re-wiring job his efforts were very appreciated and I would use him again in the future for other projects.
