They efficiently installed our brand new Carrier A/C system insuring the work was completed to our high satisfaction. I like to give a shout out to Caldeco Air! They installed my condenser and air handler back in 2009 and they are the only ones I trust to keep it running with max efficiency in FL! To quote my father-in-law...that thing blows out ice chunks with ease!
I've been working with Caldeco for years. I recently had an issue with the air handler. I had multiple non-Caldeco technicians out to assess the issue. None of them could diagnose the problem. They would say the issue was fixed and then it would pop up a few days later. It went on for weeks. Caldeco, on the other hand, assembled an awesome team to come out and diagnose the issue. I was frustrated and wanted to be sure this got the attention it needed. The entire senior management team at Caldeco stepped in and got involved, including Rick, the owner. The responsiveness was excellent. It took a few days for the necessary parts to come in, but Amos and Fabian came out and spent almost a full day at my house correcting several different potential sources of the issue. Once completed, they stayed to ensure that the issue was resolved. Sure enough, it appears to be resolved. It would have been very easy for Caldeco to do what the other companies did and just tell me they don't know or can't help, but they really invested the time and energy into solving the issue. This is a family run company that cares about its customers. Excellent service, communication, and follow-up.

When my AC system stopped blowing cold air, I called Caldeco as they're the people who maintenance my residential AC system for the past 6 years. They sent a AC Tech, Tim who told me that my system had gone bad because a coil had a leak and this leak had frozen a motor that caused my AC system to stop working. Tim also told that the two parts that stopped working would cost $4,600 dollars to repair and that one of the parts was "out of state" and in "backorder" He also advised me to buy a brand new unit which has a 10 year warranty in parts and the price for it would be around 8k. I called Caldeco office I spoke with Denise and I told her the situation, I requested further review of the problem with the AC System from a Field Supervisor and I was told that Tim, the tech was one of seniors tech and he knew what he was talking about. I don't have 8k to drop for a AC system. so I called a second AC company who asked me NOT to give their name because Caldeco would come after them. This second AC company came in, told me there was not leak, there was not freezing motor and diagnosed the problem as a mother board that had gone bad and made the fan stopped and that is the reason I wasn't getting any cold air. The replace the board, put the fan on full speed and even replace the missing screws fro the metal panels in the outer box of the AC System. They told me to call channel 8 and report Caldeco for the highway robbery and charged me $280 dollars for the repair and I tipped them $70 for their efficient and honest service. Do not call Caldeco, they will rip your family off.
I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews. However, this company is going to rip you off. I have been a client of theirs for over six years. I have had them maintenance my unit twice a year as recommended with a cost of course. Yesterday, my air conditioner was not working. I called them they had someone come out to my house in a timely fashion. They proceeded to tell me the repairs would be $4500 and then began to push a new unit for $8000. At first glance. I trusted them I was really considering it Because I’ve been with the company for a while and they’ve never done me wrong but something in my Gut said let me get another opinion. I had another air-conditioning company come and evaluate the situation. It ended up only costing me $350. The people that came out were astonished that caldeco was quoting me the prices that they did. They even recommended me calling news channel 8, which I am considering. I hope when you read this review That you were warned that this company will take advantage of you in your most dire need, especially in the summer. If they are quoting you a large amount I would get a second opinion. I hope this review saves you money and time.
Moses is great! Friendly and knows what he’s doing
Compared to our last two companies we had, there is no comparison. We had them come and do a p.m. on our hvac system. He did an amazing thorough job. I was so impressed. May have cost more than their competitors. But he showed up on time, was very nice, and preformed maintenance that the others never did. The other guys, if they showed up, would be in and out in about 45 minutes. This guy was here for over 3 hours. And he covered everything! I couldn’t be happier!
The folks at Caldeco have been very professional and responsive to my needs. They installed my new AC Carrier and I'm happy with the job performed. I would recommend Caldeco Air for all your AC needs

I think they are the best A/C company I have used. Their techs are thorough, efficient and highly competent. Carlos was very reliable and did a excellent job on my maintenance.
Absolutely terrible company if you need something for your ac after 7pm they will not come out or even talk to you I bought my system 2 years ago and when I got home my ac stopped working all I wanted was to speak to someone to walk me through what I can do to try and fix but all the lady said that they are closed and she could take a message. We live in Florida we can't go a evening without AC. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE WHEN YOU REALLY NEED THEM!

Great professional helped with the warranty claim. Showed up on time. Transparent with the costs. Ac coil replacement.
Matthew is welcomed back on the next scheduled Maintenance. He did a good job and when he hit a problem instead of bluffing his way thru he explained the problem to us and call another tech for help.
Vincent was excellent. He ran through all the cleaning and adjusting, but was concerned that the drain pan wasn’t draining properly so he spent extra time and effort to make sure it was clean and working. He made notes in the file so if extra work was needed they would know what he already did.
