Please read! This company is a joke. Their techs are unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I had a swap out that needed to be done in the house. Several times the guys that showed up, showed up without tools (so I had to lend my own), no material to do the job (so left for hours to go to Home Depot or Ace), or the proper paperwork when it came to having the inspection done (was failed not only because the quality of work but also not having the permits so the inspector can sign off) On 2 separate occasions, they came out and jerryrigged the inside unit to “make it work” knowing it wouldn’t pass inspection Even the inspector that came out wasn’t confident in the fact that they could even do residential work by the quality that they provided. On the final time that they came out to fix their work and have it inspected by the county, the inspector was giving Ricardo the info that he needed for residential code. He replied and said “I don’t care about code, I’m just here to do the work they give me” Are you kidding me? BayHarbor sends techs out that don’t care about code or the quality of their work I’m glad the work of finally done. I just wish I would’ve gone with someone else. I’d give this company 0 stars if I could This place is a joke, the people Darrill Peterson sent out are a bigger joke, and the quality that his people do are laughable. Save your money and go with someone else.

Was having problems with my A/C they came out and fixed it with no problems. Everyone was supper friendly and easy to work with love them.
I have had one HVAC guy my entire adult life and he works here at Bay Harbor services and I will say they have been nothing but thorough perfectionists that aim to please their customers and treat them like family! Also they’re honest, which honesty goes a lot farther for me then pushing product. Which they don’t push. They give you options and you make they decision, no “you NEED this” or “you HAVE to that” - they tell you facts and how they can fix the problem best the first time! I highly suggest to use this company. My experience has always been excellent and I hope yours will be too! “Two thumbs way, way up!” - Hercules
