Both installers were pleasant and professional. They worked well together, efficiently setting up full new a/c system. They cleaned up after finishing and gave tips for maintenance of new system. Very good experience.
Stacey was awesome! Our A/C stopped working in the hottest month and he came right away (even when other companies wouldn’t)! He explained what was wrong, quickly fixed it, and gave future options for keeping our unit clean. Great experience and company!

Yulyo was very professional, he took his time to explain what was going on, how to temporarily fix it as well as a more permanent solution. He was through and explained the pros (the benefits of the upgrades) and cons (price vs affordability) of each item was describing. The company was very quick to come out (same day and next day service). Overall, very impressed and would highly recommend to all.
Alex was fantastic and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also was patient and thorough in explaining why my AC condensor wasn't blowing cold air, showed how he could tell (multimeter reading), and possible concerns in the future. He recommended a system replacement as expected but didn't come across as trying to sell me or connive some BS reason why it needed to be done.
Had a new HVAC system installed on July 4th. Was given terrible customer service by Michael Serrrano. The crew that did the installation was spot on. Although it was very hot these 3 men (Shawn, Morgan and Jonah) did an outstanding job. I’m only giving the 5 Star rating because of them.
Alex Kut was very professional came out fixed our problem it was a capacitor problem looked at the AC within minutes he knew what it was went to his vehicle got the part put it in we have been out of AC for yesterday and today until he came he just left we recommend you to get a hold of and services and ask for Alex because he is one of the best and professional people I have met yet can't say nothing bad about these people if I could give him a 10-star review I would but unfortunately I could only give him five will recommend him and this service to anyone that has AC problems and by the way they are a plumbing and electrical company as well so you got three in one Services all in one spot. Stay cool this summer and if it runs out call them God bless
DO NOT USE THEM! They promised to pay for my hotel and haven't. They put a hole in my wall and haven't repaired it after promising. They installed a air conditioner unit and had to replace it right away as it failed. They made promises and didn't deliver. They promised 0 percent apr and it was a lie. I have been calling for months and they keep saying they will fix these things and haven't. Now I have a loan for a huge amount. A damaged wall and promises broken. THEY WILL NEVER PAY FOR YOUR HOTEL. THEY LIED. Do Not Use Them. You replied to call but I did and no help. Also been calling and emailing for months. Help me and stop saying you will to look good on reviews. I keep getting we will look into it and send someone. c.vega@ is current person and been 3 weeks that she took over. Now she can't be reached. Friday yesterday (mon) or today.
David from And Services showed up to our residence on July 4th and had our AC up and running in no time at all. He saved our holiday!! David was efficient, professional and all around great! We would highly recommend him and the company for services.
Work almost got done, they are the worst (make more work for other trades). Their incompetence and lethargy are only out done by their condescending approach to issues when coordination and cooperation are needed. Working with this team was about like pulling out your own teeth, one-at-a-time!

I had a clog deep in my kitchen sink. Called them to come out and they said that they could fix it for 2500. My brother is disabled and standing there on oxygen 24/7 and they told him. But today I'll give you a deal for $1,000. They kept alternating the price. And we told them no that we are not going to do that because they were so unprofessional to give us a price like that just to unclog a kitchen sink. Then when they left my daughter and disabled brother unclogged it in about 15 minutes. So that is totally somebody trying to rip you off. I would never use the service again

Thank you everyone...Jonathan (who answered my after hours call for emergency HVAC service); David (the knowledgeable, professional technician who assessed our problem the very next morning) and Louis and Xavier (who installed a completely new HVAC system)! This all happened in less than 72 hours. With the heat index being what it is, they understood the urgency, and the need for exceptional customer service!!!

AC unit not holding temp. Units are less than 3 years old..David the AC tech tested everything..most honest service man I've ever ran into.. after all said and done stated the upstairs unit is a bit undersized and the excessive heat is putting a strain on it..mechanically the units are perfect..no repairs needed..shook hands and gave me a whopping bill of $0...I won't be losing their phone#..and with the heat as bad as it is and a holiday weekend they were here less than an hour of my service request...thank you all very much..Greg Bundy Ballantrae community

This has been one of the most helping, understanding team of professionals I have ever worked with. I thought it was just a small leak come to find out it was so much more! When Mike Howard Came out to our home to give us an estimate on the cost to fix the leak. I never thought the situation was as dire as it really was! On top of all this our financial burden was great! My mother had just survived a life threatening case of sepsis and wasn’t able to pay any of her bills since she almost dead in the hospital. So I was really worried that we wouldn’t be able to afford the much needed plumbing work since now neither her or I had good credit! But Mike kept a positive attitude and said let me see what i can do for you. To our surprise not only did he get us financed but also was able to give us all the necessary up grades and new fixtures and it was all up to code plus a 25 year warranty! Without Mike I doubt this could have happened. When the tech team showed up a few days later that too was a blessing! These guys worked hard and through the entire job and they also made sure i was well educated as to what and how and why they were doing these procedures to my home!! And their professional approach and their uncanny need to help someone that truely needs. Some how Mike worked his magic and was able to bless me and my home with a new kitchen sink without breaking the original deal!!! Thank you And Services for going above and beyond what was necessary to make sure good people in a tight situation were able to recoup fully after such an unexpected financial hit. If anyone deserves an all around praise for an entire job done perfectly from start to finish!!!
AND Services installed an AC unit in my home last year. I call to schedule a maintenance check with a technician and was turned down. I’m so surprised that AND would sell an AC unit, but not want to service it? Great way to build client loyalty…
