I called Alvarez Plumbing with a problem and they were out to my home that day. The two gentleman that came out were very professional and honest l. They repaired the faucet thst I had a problem with and found that the other problem I had was not from my upstairs toilet it was from my roof. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family
Earlier today, the drains in our house began to back up while my husband was taking a shower. Shortly after realizing this was way beyond my husband and I's scope of repairs, we immediately called Alvarez Plumbing. They had an amazing technician, Chris, at our home within the hour. Chris was incredibly professional and clean. He advised us of what it would cost and also potentially cost if we ran into some issues. He had our plumbing fixed within 2 hours of arriving. We are so thankful for him and for Alvarez. We have used them prior for AC repairs and have always been happy with their service. Chris saved our day and week with his quick and competent repairs. Thank you so much!!!
Their service person was on time, very respectful and knowledgeable. He got to work and was done within an hour. Explained warranty of scope of work and did not make a mess. He understood my anxiety over having this blockage and took care of my issue very professionally. I will use them if needed again and I recommend them to seniors especially. Thank you!

Our AC went out midday on a weekend making our inside temps reach 80+ and Alvarez’s Julie picked up the phone and sent out Gio to help us. Within two hours Gio was at our home repairing our AC and explaining every detail as he went. Incredible work incredible company, we will be using only Alvarez for the future to come.
We called Alvarez after our AC went out on a Saturday. They were able to send Gio out to our house within 2 hours of us calling. He was so friendly and professional. He was quickly and easily able to fix the issue and even helped us set up their Gold Package to do routine maintenance for our AC throughout the year. Such a good guy and we were so impressed with the ease of this company. Absolutely will be using again and recommending to our family and friends!
Outstanding work on an emergency situation on a busted pipe. Can’t remember tech names but very professional and courteous. A bit spendy, but it was an emergency!!
Leak detection (shower floor) was a bot tricky but successful. $160 diagnostic fee OK. $335 charge for a simple faucet replacement with an identical one I bought is nothing short of rip off. Never again. Found provider on Angi for $165.
Horrible HVAC service. Horrible workmanship. Left holes open to the outside, installed lopsided split units and can’t address simple issues in a timely fashion. They are not good at what they do my any means. Avoid at all costs. Created bug problems in the whole building because they do not properly seal holes.
I had called Alvarez plumbing today to help me with my kitchen sink which was not draining properly. I was hoping that they can get it fixed today, and I was hoping they would give me an estimate of their charges over the phone, but I was not given any estimate whatsoever. I then had a representative from the company come in and take a look. After 5 to 10 minutes of assessment, he had told me that, the charges would reach $400 just to take care of the plumbing problem. I have not been charged this much for a simple drainage issue. It would have been nice if they had communicated that cost, or even just an estimate, over the phone so I would not have wasted my time. Furthermore, I was charged $49 just for dispatch fee. I did not have my kitchen sink fixed, had to get off work earlier to receive them and worse, I got charged for nothing. My sink remains clogged. Please do not use this company if you are looking for immediate and affordable plumbing.
Great technician service the other week (I think his name was Chris). He went above and beyond to fix our hot water problem and I could tell he really cared about our needs! Thank you!

I can’t say enough about my experience with our Technician Ted. We had an emergency leak/ pipe repair on a Sunday and Ted was able to come out quickly, diagnose the issue, and repair it. Truly a top notch experience from beginning to end.

Thank you APAC! My mothers AC went out while she was in the hospital. I called another company out and their technician had decided to sell me a new unit instead of attempt to correct any issues. I got quoted 12k to replace because “it was beyond repair”. I called out APAC on the advice of an old school friend and not only were they out there same day, they tested and diagnosed a capacitor that needed replacing. 1 part swap later and we have AC again. True professionals!
We needed a new shower valve. Jason was honest and upfront with what needed done, and helped me make a good choice in having it done properly and professionally. He did a wonderful job. I'm very happy and glad a found a new plumbing service in the area.
Ted came out and he really handled what had progressively turned into a plumbing nightmare from previous inexperienced maintenance men. I would recommend Ted through and through and I'll definitely keep his number for when I purchase my own home. Thanks ted for your hard work and clean worksmanship.

Phenomenal customer service! After accidentally leaving a message on their non- emergency messaging service, James the Service Manager called me back after hours to confirm the situation and immediately sent someone out. Forever and Alvarez fan. Thanks James!
We are so thankful to have found Alvarez! They always see us in a timely manner, and have very good quality work. Even when water heaters were on back order, they were able to locate one for us and get it installed quickly. JT is always looking out for us!
