I'm happy with the service I received from Air Stream. I appreciated the fact that they were there to fix the problem, not up sell you on something you don't need. I was so glad they were able to work around my schedule. The technicians do awesome work, but it's the quality service that will keep me coming back.
Airstream just installed 2 new systems in my home. They have been servicing my A/C units in Lutz for the past couple of years. Both units went way past their life expectancy. Airstream is always friendly, clean and professional. They show up on time, they fix my problems. They treat me fair. Thank you Airstream.

Came back from a vacation in the Tampa summer to non-working AC. Contacted another vendor who provided a quote and a 7 day wait for replacing the AC. Contacted Air Stream Heating & Air Conditioning. They provided a lower price and was able to replace the AC days later.
Air Stream did a great job explaining and assessing the issue and then completing the A/C installation. Crew worked diligently with minimal disruptions to us. Have been using them for A/C maintenance at home and office for many years and they are always professional helpful and informative. Pricing has always been fair and upfront with no surprises. We continue to receive exceptional service from everyone we are in contact with at the company.
I am so grateful I called them for a 2nd opinion. First company we called when our AC started blowing hot air, came in, did quick assessment and immediately started quoting prices for new units and even had the various monthly payments for their finance plans memorized!!! I was referred to Air stream, and by 9:30 the next morning, my AC was up and running. The tech was so nice and genuine. You could tell he really just wanted to get us up and running and not JUST get paid. Obviously we all go to work for the $, but it shouldn't come at the cost of scamming people. Air Stream really came to the rescue for us.
Air Stream AC was AMAZING! I live remotely, and they took care of EVERYTHING to remove an old A/C unit and install a new one. They even worked with the city officials to secure the A/C inspection and approval. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE. Thank you Air Stream for taking great care of my A/C needs! Lee
Ha 2nd time wasn't any better than the 1st 1st time flooded garage with water 2nd time men replaced copper lines in attic, then left and DID NOT put any freon in before they left, when I called office and told janet what happened she said and I quote so ur ASSUMING it's not workin, I said it was blowin 78 degrees now its blowin 79 so go figure. Later in afternoon diff tech came out and put in freon DONT USE THEM.........
Air Stream AC & Electrical Inc. installed the four ton Tempstar heat pump system replacing a twenty year old system very quickly without any problems. They took payment over the phone and registered the new system for us. Emails were sent to us documenting the payment and registration while we were on the phone. Outstanding service!
We love Air Stream. Service is great, the technicians are knowledgeable and well trained. Kenny always gives us good prices for our rental properties and for our own home. Office team is courteous and responsive. We highly recommend them!
OVERPRICED AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Two calls were logged for the same problem because they don’t stock inventory of the products they sell. I was charged $450 for a simple job that took 30 min or less to diagnose and 30 min or less to install. They had to come out two different days due to not having the part in stock. I also wasn’t given a break down of the charges and the part was under warranty. The owner does not return calls. I have called and left multiple messages with no return calls. I used to be a long term customer (20+ years) but will no longer be a returning customer. I will definitely not be referring anyone to this company!
We had a great experience with Air Stream. They installed a new heating and cooling system quickly. They also use quality units. They were very neat and professional. I would highly recommend Air Stream
I've used this company several times and the technicians are always polite, knowledgeable, and timely. They take the time to explain their work, what to expect, time frames, maintenance requirements, etc. I would recommend their work!
We have now had both of our systems repaired by Airstream. Each time, the process was painless and the price was the best we found. After using another (large chain) company to service our systems for years, we found out how bad we had it after we selected Airstream to move forward. We could not be more satisfied with our experience.
I have a newborn and my air condition wasn’t working I called and explain the situation and in a couple of hours they were in my house fixing it. They were very professional and I felt safe being alone with my baby and them.
Great customer service! By far the best experience I’ve had with an AC company. The price was competitive, the technician was very knowledgeable and very careful with leaving everything clean. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
Geannette Lavallee Is the best!!!! Very professional and friendly. They do quality work and I have used Air Stream twice to install brand new air conditioners in two different homes. Highly recommend!!!!
Very bad service, you have to ask for the price first before they do anything, they charged me $200 for 10 min service, not recommended. Very expensive! Not worth the service!!!
Lied about smoke smell in home. Jake should be fired. Is it common practice for your employees to lie to make more money for your Company? Apparently it is.
Dangerous Employee: At approximately 7:15-7:20 am on 22July2019 on 589 southbound near Van Dyke exit, the Air Stream driver of the van with license plate LSF U61 (see attached picture) was driving extremely aggressively with the obvious attempt to intimidate other drivers. I was driving in the left lane and the driver was alongside me in the right lane. I had nowhere to go as someone was directly in front of me. The driver swerved out of the right line and towards my car multiple times. As soon as the driver was able to get behind me, s/he started aggressively tailgating me mere inches away from my back bumper at 80 miles per hour. When I needed to brake due to traffic slowing in front of me, the van nearly rear-ended me. I got into the right lane when I was able to, and the Air Stream van swerved in front of me and slammed on their brakes, intentionally brake-checking me several times. My two year old daughter was in the car with me and I do not appreciate such blatant aggressive intimidation tactics and putting my child and me in danger. I contacted the company about this event and they could not be bothered to respond.
