I’m extremely pleased with this company. I am a renter and have had issues with Tricon itself but this company has been hands on with me to assure everything gets done. Last week my house was at 82 degrees and we were waiting on approval from Tricon so they could work on my home. Well Jackie and Aaron both made sure to fix this issue temporarily for us. Best part about it is that this was in a Saturday and he got here within an hour or so! I’ve had to reschedule due to not being home and they’ve had zero issues or fits about me rescheduling. Jackie is very polite every time you speak with her and Aaron gets the job done with very great explanation as to what’s going on. They’re both amazing and truly need a great raise! Thank you both for being so amazing to my family and getting everything resolved! 10 out of 10 recommend!
Almost 6 years ago Airnow installed a Lennox AC at my home. Since then I have had no ends of trouble with this unit. Now the warranty is out at 5 years, the coils have a leak and I am looking at paying half of what I paid to install this piece of garbage to fix it. We have called Airnow multiple times and asked them to call us back but has not received a response. I've called Lennox and waited for hours with no response. Today is my loss, I am sure you don't want to lose, so stay away from Lennox and Airnow.
Had an appointment for 8/3 and 8/4 both days no call no show. Very unprofessional, I called and spoke with Carla after the first day of them not showing up and she couldn’t even give me a reason as to why. Then she scheduled for the next night and they once again no call no showed so I’m on day 3 of no air conditioning. Wouldn’t recommend.
I recently purchased a home with terrible original 1972 ductwork. Air Now quickly responded and helped us make informed choices about moving forward. Because of their honesty and expert advice, we felt confident with our decision to replace all of the ducts and the aging unit. It has made all of the difference in the world! The techs themselves were very kind, professional, and accommodating. I work from home and they were very sensitive to noise and disruptions. I highly recommend them!
We had a great experience with Corey and his partner from Air Now! They did a superb job installing the canned lighting and fan on our +20 ft living-room ceiling. They were on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and very hard-working. Corey had great recommendations for us when it came to light placement and wiring our switches. We are very happy with the final product! Highly recommend them!
Arson was the best service tech! Genuine, honest and so relatable. Didn’t sugar coat anything and understood what I needed and THEN explained my options in detail (and not just in maintenance jargon) I will only be requesting Arson for any services I get from AirNow. Thank you!!!
Sergio and Juan did an amazing job putting in a brand new air conditioner at our house! Would definately recommend them to anyone! Thanks again! Awesome job installing but horrible communication for service. They are 2+ hours late right now and no communication from them at all. Will let rental company know not to use them anymore!
A/C Techs were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. They explained the issue to me with confident, quick service. I will definitely use Air Now again!
Tech replaced 25 amp circuit breaker with 30 amp! Let him know that was dangerous to do if fan motor for A/C wiring did not match and requested proper 25 amp breaker! Pretty sure if I hadn't stayed with him that 30 would have caused serious electrica problems.
Terrible customer service, unreliable, and unprofessional. Made an appointment from 12-4pm! Waited for the technician. I never got a call to update me on his status. When I called the office to ask where the tech was, the office couldn't even reach him because his phone was turned off. Don't waste your time with this company.
Omg! So Aaron is our regular AC man and he came today Becaue I have had this strange noise in my wall that I thought was my AC and I have had 3 different service people at my house to see what it was. Aaron told me it wasn’t my AC and he knows alotnof about houses and he thinks there’s an animal in my wall. It was a squirrel trapped in my wall. Aaron built a ramp for it to get out! He is absolutely wonderful! I am so thankful for him and I think so is the squirrel!! Thank you Aaron!!
I highly recommend Air Now! My AC stopped running one day and I called around to see who can make it out the soonest. Air Now was at my house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem right away, and the tech was very honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Since it was an easy fix, they only charged me the diagnostic fee. We were very pleased and I will definitely be using them in the future, if needed!
My outside unit of AC decided to stop working on the labor day's morning. I called Air Now around 8am, they scheduled someone to come in 2 hours. Victor came to my place on time, fixed the problem within 15 min, explained what was the problem. How they price is very clear. I would definitely recommend. You guys are truly awesome!
I spoke with Miss Karla, she gave me a fair price and a next day appointment. Well she dispatched the job to Sergio, and he called and came early. Sergio Suarez was my installer, he was prompt, courteous, finished in a timely manner, cleaned up, gave instructions on use, and had great follow through. Sergio is a great installer and extremely professional. I recommend this company. I wad dying in here my old unit and being miserable are a thing of the past!!! Thank you AirNow
We recently called this company regarding a problem with our air conditioning unit. This was an emergency call at 7 AM on a Sunday. James was dispatched as the technician to assist us. Without a doubt the most professional, informative, and pleasant technician I have dealt with in a very long time. He not only immediately diagnosed the problem, but was so professional and courteous that we immediately signed up for a maintenance contract. If you are in the Tampa Bay Area you need to immediately consider this company as your air conditioning installation and repair company. Their high ratings are deserved!
These guys are great!! Did some work for us in February at a fair price so I called them back out this week for electrical issues and AC issues. They were fast, friendly, and professional. Both the service techs and the ladies in the office were awesome!! And they will not take your first born as payment. Lol. But really they have reasonable and fair prices. Definitely call them for any electrical or AC needs you have!!
This company did an outstanding job. Service address was 10464 106th Avenue. The technician Sean was wonderful he worked extremely hard even though it was raining all day yesterday. And he got the job completed at 1 a.m. so thumbs up to this company
Extremely responsive!!! My AC went out late night when my son was a newborn and our house was unbearably hot. They had someone at my house so quickly I was beyond surprised and relieved. Thank you Air Now! Since then I’ve used them several times for my parents and my work. Much appreciated!
**Update** After leaving my review, Carla contacted me and was very quick to correct the error. The reason it took so long was due to her being on vacation. She was very helpful and worked to correct my issue in record time. Great job! I had one of their contractors come to switch out my breaker panel to bring it up to code about 2 weeks ago. After he disconnected power to the whole house, he managed to blow out my TV and cable box and almost started a fire in my living room. The company will not call me back to make it right. I'd find a more experienced and professional company if I were you.
This is the second time we have used Air Now for repairs in the past few years. Both times I have been EXTREMELY impressed. If your unit is on the older side like ours, it can be nerve racking trying to find a company to trust. It's 90+ degrees in your living room, the kids are hot and cranky, everyone is sweating, and you are frantically scouring Google reviews trying to find someone reputable fast. You never know who will take the time to find the issue and repair it - and who will act as if it is irreparable and immediately try to sell you a new unit instead. Do yourself a favor: call Air Now. They are reliable, fairly priced, fast, and - best of all? - they actually FIX things! Both times for us they have come out late in the evening (last time the technician was working by flashlight!) They found the issue, quoted a very reasonable price, did the work in less than an hour, and we were right back up and running. They also answer questions about buying a new unit without pressuring you. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or a new unit.
