My AC quit blowing cold air. Called Air Masters and Juan came out again. My unit keeps freezing up. Turned the unit off for about an hour and then it started cooling again. I am now in the processing of installing a new unit.Air Masters has been taking care of my AC/heat pump for years. They have always been helpful and always come when called.
Reacted quickly to address my AC problem. Our AC went off on a Sunday on one of the hottest days of the year, Their tech TJ was evellant, He guickly identified the problem and had us back up and running. All this happened within a couple of hours of my call.
CJ came and performed annual maintenance on 2 units. He was very professional and clearly explained issues and options.
Always contacts me with approximate arrival time. Very professional and thorough.
Called in the morning. Came same day and replaced my capacitor. Dustin was great!

We just had a capacitor fail causing our A/C to stop cooling, Air Masters was fantastic. Casey set up service for the same day and even help move our appointment up when a opening became available. Chad was knowledgeable and walked me thru what the problem was in a straight forward and easy to understand way. He made the repair quickly and made the whole process comfortable and easy. Thank you to the whole team at Air Masters especially Chad and Casey.

They have been here for 3 separate visits. I am in year 2 of a contract with Air Masters. They are very competent and work very hard. They also make time to explain any issues and provide all options. The man sent did a terrific service and explained everything. However the marketing man originally sent sold me a five year maintenance package and am still having to send them the contract that they said didn’t exist. Otherwise the service man was terrific.
Chad was a great tech. Informed me of filter use and how to take care of my unit for longevity. Great company over all very happy we went with them.

Our Tech Juan was was very thorough and did an excellent job letting us know about the status of the system. Airmasters was easy to get scheduled and honored a prepaid service from the date of installation. We were impressed enough to purchase a service contract.

Not what they used to be. Pricing is through the roof and no it not due to supply chain. Had a 3k estimate but only required 650 to repair by an honest company. One of the parts they noted was replaced but the others were verified good and not needed to replace. Tech spent like three hours on his tablet like he didnt know what to do and he reconnected and disconnected the refrigerant tester so many time I had to add 2.5 lbs. I referred them to a freind in Tampa and same thing 3500 to tape in some 80.00 ductwork. He also found someone honest who did same for 700.00. this was all on last two weeks so maybe someone new is quoting?!?!
