These guys installed a new HVAC System for me. Aside from the professional Install. The customer service they provide is hands down the best I've experienced. It's also worth noting that they aren't late to appointments.

We were really happy with Air At Last and would highly recommend their service. Our two AC units were both having different issues. The team scheduled us quickly and followed up several times to confirm the appointment and the arrival time. Mark was great. He listened carefully, investigated all of our concerns and explained what he was doing along the way. He was very respectful of the house and careful not to track in any dirt or leave any messes behind. He got both units up and running again which in this heat was especially appreciated!
Late Thursday evening, the AC in my knocked out hours before I put my toddler to bed. I only knew because it was 10 degrees warming than normal. Huge problem, and during off hours, I wasn't sure when I'd be able to get help. Enter Caleb and the team to the rescue. They scheduled me early the next morning, and Mark Pilcher arrived to help. Within 20 minutes, the problem was diagnosed and solved. He was clearly knowledgeable and they were very fair with pricing. As a home and property owner, it's incredibly valuable to have key people you can trust for the services you need. I'm grateful to have found (via referral) Caleb and his team at Air At Last. I've used them for a couple services, but this last experience put it over the top for me. Highly recommend.
Called 4 different companies before I found Air At Last. The one that called back said they could come the following day which would have meant another hot sleepless night. Mark showed up at the time promised, immediately assessed the problem, and had the necessary parts in his vehicle. Cool air was circulating within 20 minutes of his arrival. I am a very grateful for their quick response and expertise. Air At Last will be placed permanently in my contact list! Highly Recommended!!!
My wife and myself live in kathleen,fl with our two young children. Our hvac unit started acting up on a Tuesday afternoon and after replacing a clogged filter, returned to operating normally. It continued working through the night but unfortunately completely stopped cooling around noon the following day while I was at work. The house was up to 86 degrees by 2. Mark was the first person I contacted for a diag and quote to repair the unit. He was able to come out the same day. We were told about 60 dollars for the diagnostics but that would be taken off the bill if hired for the job, which I found completely reasonable. He was able to find the issue (old, rusted capacitor) within minutes and had the part on him. He was completely professional and easy going throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Mark and his company to anyone i know. He was very straightforward and didn't come across as dishonest like most of the other home repair company's I've dealt with in the past have been. Their prices are extremely reasonable for an emergency repair late at night in the kind of heat we deal with living in FL.
This company was the easiest to work with by far! Mark was willing to come to my home late hours to rectify my AC issues. He presented me with far greater options than any other AC company I had called prior too! The prices for getting a new unit was so much more reasonable than any other. Mark worked with my budget and was able to get his team out the next day to install the new unit! Everything was fast and efficient. The worker was great and communicated effectively. Everything about these guys are great... I even recommended them to my mom and mark went to my moms home the next day over in Polk County and was able to get her set up for an install!! Today my home is cold again in this Florida heat!! Thank you Air at Last!!
After calling about six "24 hour" AC repair companies who were not available as marketed, I was losing hope that I would have our AC running for my kids and I. But Caroline answered my call and hearing the urgency in my voice she immediately had the tech reach out to me. At almost midnight Mark called me to walk me through a few steps to see if we could fix it on our own by phone (which I've never had a company do this without some fee) and it didn't work. He could've said he'll come tomorrow, but he immediately made it his mission to get to my home and fix our AC unit at almost 1am. He was professional, courteous and even made me laugh through my frustration, as he understood if my kids weren't sleeping, neither was I. I am grateful for a company that still has customer service as it's priority and I had to take a moment before finally going to bed, to show how much I would recommend Mark and his team for repairs. Thank you again for your time, personality and efficiency!!

The Air at Last Heating and Cooling team provides amazing service. I have been extremely happy with the prices and their personable service. When your AC stops working it can be a frustrating time not knowing when it will be fixed and what it will cost to fix it. I have had an AC installed and many repairs performed by this trustworthy team. Every time I have called they have worked diligently to get it fixed quickly and the prices are the best I have found. I highly recommend this team of expects.
From start to finish my experience with Air at Last was remarkable. We all know AC expenses can dent your wallet and after a week of looking for the right company that isn’t looking to just take my money, Air at Last gave me the best quote for a new installation with reasonable prices on services in the future. They were quick and very professional. The service guys were very clean and kept proper health measures in place to make me feel comfortable with them coming into my home. Just all around a great experience considering the circumstances of the expense, 100% recommend Air at Last!
I would recommend air at last to friends and family they guys are very professional, on time, in uniform, nice guys definitely made the experience worth it definitely using Air At Last for any additional work. Give them a call ASAP you won’t regret it 😄
i definitely recommend, technicians came out and checked my unit due to my unit being old they had to install a new unit and they did the next day, i love air at last and i definitely will be using them again, especially with how fast they work! Will definitely recommend to friends and family

They installed the unit and after a few months, the air handler was not responding properly with the compressor. I would get the run around with trying to schedule a service call. I would call and text and many times I did not get a response, If I did get a response, it was much later and even days later. Probably because I persisted. The problem continued and now that the 1 year warranty for labor has expired, I have to pay for a new fan motor to be exchanged. He is charging me service fee plus labor. I had another company come out yesterday and right away they found the problem. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Even the business number on the site was not available yesterday because the mail box was full during business hours, so I could not leave a message.
Our technician quickly diagnosed the issue with our air conditioner and had us back up and running. He was polite, efficient and a true professional. This is a great company and they won’t leave you in the heat!
We had the motor go out on Thursday we had to wait for property management to OK the repairs and these guys didn't get the ok until late Friday and still they came out Saturday and Sunday and got the repairs done and we have AIR again thank you guys💜
