Mike from Action Air just spent hours replacing the coil in my AC unit. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job! He even worked through the rain. I know that I can always count on Action Air to get the job done right!

Mike Freeman did an excellent job analyzing our AC. He was knowledgeable, very honest, professional yet also very friendly. He did all the checks I was expecting plus more. He gave us piece of mind that the main components were working correctly. Will definitely call them back if we need further services. Fair pricing for quality service. 10/10. Awesome company to do business with. Very responsive and took the time to listen to me. From the beginning answering any questions and concerns, to the day of the install. I had to replace the whole ductwork, they came in around 9am and was all done by 2PM. Even cleaned and swepped afterwards. A month later I decided to install a new split system. Don put a proposal and set us up for 1 day install. Ricky, Mike, Chris, Dan and Don are all outstanding. Job done and another satisfied customer. I'm glad I called Action AC and will recommend to all my friends and family.
Woke up towRm conditions during the night..Ac unit stopped working. Contacted the office for an appointment and had a technician out the same day. Mt technician (JOANDY) was already predicting causes of the trouble but was very quick ang professional in his work. AC IS WORKING GREAT. Good company, great employees.
WOW! We can't say enough about Action Air Conditioning! From the owner David coming out late in the evening because we were in a bit of a crisis with our old A/C...to Joyce in sales and installers CJ and Dillon....these people are first class! Our A/C story is long but here is the short of it. Our 12 year old Trane was failing in many ways but it was David that found there was either a motor or module issue at the heart. Along with a leaking coil. We had to decide whether or not to replace the whole thing or parts over time. Joyce helped us decide on the wiser choice of buying a new 3.5 ton Lennox with a 5 year worry free promise as opposed to spending nearly the same amount on parts n labour to do patch work on the existing unit. Two days later we have a brand new fabulous frosty A/C that works better and saves more. CJ and Dillon were the installers. They were polite and professional (even after spending hours in a furnace of an attic!)...quick and efficient. They went over all their work with us and it could not have gone smoother. All and all everyone that we dealt with seemed genuine, professional and honest. Their transparency and hospitality seems to be a rarity these days and we highly recommend them!
Mike told me what to expect and how long, up front. Was very sympathetic about the fact that he would need to return with a part. Friendly and efficient

5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Stars: Our air-conditioning went out on Wednesday night. We had purchased a Bryant unit from RedCap 3years ago, well they couldn't come out until Friday.... The heat index was in the 100s. Don C. with Action Air took immediate action made an appointment the very next day. The technician Mike F troubleshooting our unit, he made several calls and then went to 2 places in afternoon rush hour traffic to get the parts that were needed to fix our air-conditioning the very same afternoon. Dan the tech from Action Air was very professional finding the problem with our HVAC not cooling. He was very thorough checking the system and within 15 minutes found the problem. He documented everything and showed me the issue and kept me informed of the repair. Everything was completed in about an hour at a fair rate. I highly recommend Dan and Action Air for their great service.

I have been a happy customer of Action Air for about four years now. I have found them to be very professional, efficient, and friendly. The service pros and office staff are skilled and very helpful. Their maintenance program offers many needed services including regular equipment checks. I am glad to have them as my air conditioning service provider.

I recently had my air conditioning changed by Action Air Conditioning company. We worked with Don throughout the whole process, from the initial quote to the installation and afterwards. Don was very professional, helpful, and kindly answered all of the questions I had along the way.
