Rocco, Alex and Hugo were awesome. All were very knowledgeable and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure all was well with my AC and plumbing issues.
We have had a great experience working with ACS home services. Their employees have gone out of their way to solve any issues and make sure we are completely satisfied, especially Shelley and Cristian! Not only do they do great work but they stand behind it and are quick to respond to any inquiries. I will definitely be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

A/C doing A/C things in the middle of the summer. My normal A/C people weren’t picking up and ACS was first on the list to call. They were able to see me that same day and Scott was super informative and through throughout the repair and taught me a thing or 2 about causes and prevention methods for my A/C issues! Matt Niehoff was on time, very friendly, professional, prepared and ready to solve my ac issues. Matt explained what he was about to do and that I was ok with it and understood each step. He answered all my questions and offered advice to help with any recurring issues. Look forward to dealing with Matt in the future for issues as they arise.

BEWARE THIS BUSINESS. I would never recommend this business to anyone (especially if you are non-white). We've been at the mercy of this SKETCHY company for a year now. Last summer, ACS tried fixing our air conditioner and ended up telling us that we need a new A/C unit. We signed up for their loyalty program and paid nearly $10k for a new unit... but it didn't work. Once they came back I was informed that when ACS installed the unit, it was missing a piece. They blamed the manufacturer for sending it to them without the piece (...but why did they install it with a piece missing?). They said the piece was on backorder so they couldn't immediately fix the brand new A/C... This was in July and we went nearly two months without an A/C... ACS did not provide ANY discount or even really an apology. We even asked if they could temporarily re-install the old AC unit and they refused. After two months of living in Florida without A/C, they fixed the unit but it has continued to give us trouble. Now, less than a year later, the A/C is not working again. They want to charge a non-refundable fee to come look at the A/C again.... we've asked repeatedly to speak with the owner or for him to call/email us, but its been two weeks and we've heard nothing. We also had an appointment scheduled with them for a unit cleaning today but it was cancelled with zero notice (I had to call them after they missed the appointment window) due to an "emergency." The people who work here are unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright nasty. They said that they couldn't tell me the owner's name-- it's Josh Cabrera, his name is publicly listed on the website... there's no reason they couldn't tell me his name. I can't say why this company has been so evil to us, but we are an immigrant family. You can decide for yourself.

Cristian truly knows AC systems in and out. In like 15 minutes he reviewed the whole system, explained what was happening and solved the problems. It took ACS a few trips but I’m very satisfied with the results and appreciate ACS’ commitment to get the job done right.
After going through allot of trouble finding a reputable company to fix my ac problems came across ACS and they fix my problems for a reasonable price they will be the ones I call with any future problems for sure thanks allot for the service.

Kaitlyn was the lady on the phone she booked our appointment in a timely manner and got someone out to my grandmothers home as quick as she could service was great will always recommend acs home services.
I have been very patient with this company and it's employees from office managers to the tech. Long story short they charged me $399 to drain a hot water heater which turns out they didn't drain it completely. I asked for a refund, full or partial. A week has gone by afyer I was told they would discuss with the owner and get back to me. Well nothing yet. I'm not telling you to avoid them BUT I will never use their service ever again.

Scott was very professional. This was my first experience with ACS and I am now enrolled in the maintenance program for a very reasonable $8.95 per month. Kaitlyn was awesome as well. She kept me updated as to when Scott was to arrive. I appreciate the good communication that she provided.
Dylan was on time and gave me a comprehensive assessment of what the issue could be. After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations for the short term fixed and advised me to prepare to have my compressor replaced in the future. He also emailed a quote for a replacement
Alex was my service technician. This fella went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept informed as to the process. Alex was incredibly polite, helpful and conscientious. Alex was knowledgeable about the services provided and made sure I understood all the issues.
