Walked in 15 minutes before closing, and was not greeted. When I asked for help I was told they could not help due to closing in 10 minutes. Was told they were understaff with the 3 they had there.
I usually go in for specialty hardware. The selection there is impressive. The employees have always been courteous and helpful.

Great Family owned business with long term helpful, friendly emploees. I'd rather come here and maybe pay a penny or two more but you only need to buy what you need and not a pack of 10 or 20 extras.

My favorite hardware store! Tons of hard to find stuff there like electric motor brushes; various springs, copper and aluminum wire in various sizes etc.

Very friendly staff also very helpful I don't know how to find the things I need for certain jobs but not only did they show me but also the helped me with product for the job with out trying to get me the most expensive product I saved a lot of money.look for Tony or Michelle when you walk in
ACE is really the place with the helpful hardware folks!!! Everytime I come in the store, I am greeted at the front of the store. Also, they always help me find all I need and take the time to explain and understand the project that I want to do. The prices are comparably reasonable with those in other big box stores. Sometimes, I prefer coming to ACE instead of a big box store because there is always someone eager to help me here (the same can't be said for other companies). You can return items that are in resaleable condition within a time frame, just remember to bring your receipt. The return sometimes has more steps and might take slightly longer than other places, but it gets the job done. I always come here for screws that I can't find anywhere else. They have a wide selection of metric and standard screws, bolts, fasteners, etc., at different lengths and diameter. Overall, I recomend other shoppers to try ACE Hardware for difficult to find items or help from their knowledgeable employees on your next project.
Awesome hardware store. They pack so much in the space. Fantastic staff. So much to be look at. Now we know where to go for hardware items.
Easy parking, clean walkways between the stores, Ace and Big Lots open and good for shopping.

Small unique Hardware store like the old ones used to be. You can buy a simple item just one or or a whole gallon of paint.
They always seem to have what I need. And always polite and have experience in what I need to find. Great bunch of people.
My go-to hardware store. The staff members & management are always so helpful & friendly. Great prices and they probably have most anything you need for your home. I even buy my dog food here. I'm particularly fond of their selection of BBQ rubs & sauces, hot sauces & root beer.
Terrible customer service, never return anything always have excuses, I will never buy anything from there again even if I need it,My advice to you don’t go there
