Our AC broke just as summer was hitting. We contacted the management at our apartment, and they reached out to Whaley. Marcus came immediately on a Saturday morning and fixed everything super quickly. He was friendly, fast, and professional. I would highly recommend using Whaley for any other AC repair needs!

Woke up AC not working, called around to a few places I googled for repair, none could come today. Tried Whaley H&A said could be here in less than an hour, for a reasonable rate. Aron their technician showed up in less than 30 minutes, asked a few questions and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, a bad capacitor. I have a second unit that has not been working for some time, Aron asked the state of it and asked to take a look, and was able to get it online in less than 10 minutes. This made my month as I was under the impression that it would need to be completely replaced at a high cost. Total price of fixing both AC units entirely reasonable. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend Whaley H & A
Three years ago, Whaley Heating & Air installed an elaborate system for us and did exceptional, detail-oriented work. They were very responsive and equally courteous, especially Marcus, the supervisor. Three years later, Marcus continues to provide wonderful customer care and service. I am grateful to them, and highly recommend them!
AC not cooling. With temps in the mid 90s and a 7 month old baby at home we needed it fixed today. Neither of the two companies we had used in the past could make it until tomorrow afternoon. My wife called Whaley's, explained the situation with the baby and within 2 hours a technician was onsite. He identified the issue and had it fixed in less than a 1/2 hour. Thank you so much for your fast, professional, and reasonably priced service. We now have a new go to company for all of our heating and AC needs!
Great experience with Marcus at Whaley Heating. I was looking for a reputable and affordable company to troubleshoot and fix my AC. A friend has used Whaley for several years both at home and her commercial property and has always had a positive outcome. I texted them and after a brief text exchange of questions about what was happening we set up an appointment. I appreciated that Marcus was able to come out the next afternoon. He was super polite and promptly started the inspection. He explained what he saw and what would fix the issue. He was here for over two hours, charged me a reasonable repair fee and my AC is working fine ever since! I am going to call them to add a cold air return in a bedroom to fix the airflow problem there. I definitely recommend calling them for any kind of problem you are having with your heat or AC!

I got my heater serviced. The technician from Whaley replaced a blower six months ago and today I had to call them back as it was not working. He climbed up into the crawl space, reset the fuse, and reminded me again to be better at replacing the filters. He was on time, courteous, professional, and didn't even charge me for this follow-up visit. I’m very happy with the service.
We got a new air conditioning and heating installed during our home remodeling 2 years back. The technician from Whaley was very professional and worked well with us as well as the building inspection process. Work was excellent and his after sale service was great.
It was v superb service. The technician was smart, quick and found the problem. A rat had chewed through the wiring and caused a short. It was not easy to find it, but he crawled under the house, up in the hot attic and outside until he found the short circuit. I am very impressed.
The technician from Whaley heating and air conditioning came to my house to replace my old ductwork of my furnace in the crawl space. He was very easy to work with, professional, detail-oriented and was knowledgeable. The price he charged was very reasonable and competitive. He also checked and sealed my other vents without any additional charge. I would definitely recommend him.
Called up Whaley Heating and Air Conditioning and he arrived a few hours later. I had called him for ac replacement and I can’t say enough how much I love the this new unit. It took a while but the whole time the job was so neat and clean, during the install. I really would like to recommend him to others. He deserves 5 star rating!
