Great experience, our best so far with a local HVAC company. Great communication and friendly professional service.
We have used Franklin's HVAC LLC for many years on two separate home systems. They have installed new systems for us, repaired current systems, and maintained our HVAC service. Johnny and Jodi run a professional, knowledgable, exceptional business and we trust them with all our HVAC needs. They are also truly individuals of integrity with friendly, helpful, honest customer service that is hard to find today!
They are timely and professional. I have had them do repair work for a couple of years and they have been helpful and honest. I would definitely recommend them to others.
When my A/C unit went out I really wasn’t sure who to call but I knew I couldn’t stay in a 90 degree house for long. I was referred to franklins and all I have to say is I will only be using them from now on. They showed up quick and did a fantastic job repairing my duct work. Even got to learn how to clean my unit!
When our AC went out, they came out same day to help. They were efficient and very professional and went above and beyond to make sure further issues could be avoided. The owner was very respectful and cleaned our unit as a courtesy and checked levels while they replaced duct work to make sure everything was functioning at it’s best potential. I highly recommend calling Franklin’s HVAC with any concerns you may have!

I needed 3 duct boxes built couldn’t find anyone willing to build them for me soon or at a affordable price, Called and spoke with Jodi/Johnny they had them ready to go the same week. Great people!

I bought a 40 year old house and wanted the entire A/C system replaced with the best system available. I purchased a York multistage system from Franklin's HVAC and it was installed with precision and expertise. The job was completed on time and within the budget established. No one likes going without AC in this crazy Florida swampbutt heat. When our AC wasn’t keeping up with the heat, we called Franklin HVAC and they came right out. Turned out we had a leaking coil in the air handler. They ordered a new coil and were back 2 days later replacing it. I’m highly satisfied with Franklin’s responsiveness, professionalism, and on time service. Thank you for saving us!!!
The folks at Franklin’s were incredibly responsive. I reached out after hours on a weekday and the very next morning they were installing multiple air purification systems in our facility. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our facility is closed to the public to keep our clients safe, and Franklin’s worked around our schedule for the installation. The team that arrived was punctual, courteous, and very professional. I could not have asked for a better experience! I can rest easy knowing the air quality in our building exceeded industry standards thanks to Franklin’s HVAC!
Jodi and Johnny are amazing! They have helped us with all our HVAC needs! We switched from another company that just kept telling us something was wrong every time they came out. They are honest and reasonably priced. We LOVE the Remi Halo they installed for us last year. Really can't say enough about how great Franklin's is!
Franklin's HVAC has never let us down. they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. i find this to be a rare quality in the service industry. i highly recommend them whether they installed your original system or not.
My tenant had their A/C go out in the afternoon on a very hot day. I called Franklin's and they came out that evening, fixed the problem quickly and charged me a great price. No nickel-and-diming. Just straight forward, honest work. Very happy!
This company is BY FAR the fastest, most responsive and knowledgeable A/C repair company. My A/C was fixed faster than the time it took me to call 3 other companies who were booked up. They arrived in less than 15 mins the same day. Repaired capacitor in less than 15 mins. Bada boom, bada bang! Superior service. Thank you! From a very satisfied customer.
