Joe was very professional. Watts provided a quick response for a hot water heater fix. Also, while on-site they checked my AC ducts and made reasonable recommendations for preventative care. I’d recommend them.

I've known Richard the technician for 13 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with him. I had a rather unusual request as I wanted not one but THREE ductless mini split systems installed in my elderly mom's home. I wanted it installed during the summer AND I wanted her to still have AC by her old former unit while they were installing the new ones. The old one was a traditional ac, whereas the new ones are the ductless type. The job was complicated to say the least. My mom is quite picky and prefers her technicians to be professional and clean. This is particularly hard as technicians typically work in dirty conditions and are typically covered in sweat. Nonetheless, Richard as usual, came and did the estimate and job within a reasonable amount of time. He also took care of my mom and updated her when there were complications. He had two helpers and they did an amazing job drilling through her walls, installing the units. The job was enormous by residential standards but nonetheless doable. His staff took all garbage with them and even refused to drink water or use her restroom despite offering them my mom's hospitality. The units are pristine. Her home smells so much better now that she has new ac's. The whole job was seriously complicated and absolutely had some bumps in the road... but nonetheless, Richard knew what needed to be done and addressed the bumps with the finesse of a fine seasoned employee. He may not own Watt's Cooling, Heating and Plumbing, but he absolutely owns his reputation of being a kind upstanding gentleman with an eye on detail and a respect for his customers. I cannot say enough good things about Richard and his team. Thank you soooooo much for taking care of my mom. I am a customer for life.

The tech showed up very promptly. He listened to our concerns about the AC/heating system and checked those thoroughly. He'll be sending out a tech to work with these issues. He was extremely polite and kindly put up with our over-friendly dog. We've always been delighted with Watts's service and have used them for years.

Well, Robert, the technician, showed up on time for this emergency appointment. He repaired the problem. And then explained to me in detail what had happened. Impressed with his explanation, I stated, "you should be teaching this stuff!" Robert, being the humble person that he is, explained that he wasn't cut out for such a thing. We shared our views on parenting and what is wrong with the world today. Robert then went on to work in several counties away. Working in the heat, to provide us with cool air. Thank you, Robert.

Technician arrived on time and called first when on the way. The tech wore a mask as requested. I am at high risk for Covid. Watts installed the gas line for our Generac generator. The gas regulator was faulty thru no fault of theirs. They order a replacement as recommended by Generac and installed on this visit. The tech did a thorough job

I called for an estimate for a brand new system. I was told they were so busy that they couldn't get anyone out for 5 days, and they had only one opening between 8am and 9am. Not only did they not show up after I waited around for an hour and a half, but no one even had the decency to call and let me know that their either running behind or not able to come. Great way to do business. That's too bad for you guys that you definitely won't get our business now! Especially since my husband was seriously leaning towards a ductless system that usually runs about $15,000.00. Don't waste your valuable time on these boneheads, just save yourself the headache and move on to someone else that's actually willing to come out to your house!
