Just purchased the yearly maintenance package that includes 2 PM's each 6 months plus 15% discount on repairs, and had my first visit today, 7/3. Thomas was great. He actually cared enough to want to show me what he found and explain why it's important. Customer service is not lost with this company, as it is with so many places these days, unfortunately. They stand behind their work 100%, with customer service after the sale. Give them a try. Again, Thomas was tremendous. A+
Chris and Thomas both went above and beyond. Polite, good communicators, and very on top of things. Thomas caught some things that the company we serviced with prior to this visit never did. The pricing was transparent and Thomas was also super educational. We even joined their discount program. I feel better equipped as a first time homeowner for the warm weather ahead. I really want to take time out to say thank you to Mr Lamar Levy. I was having issues with my AC unit, it was not cooling. This gentleman came up and let me express my issues about what was going on with the unit. He went through the system FULLY, before he did anything he came and broke everything down so I understood what was needed and how to take care of it from now on. AC is blowing great... he didn't rush he made me honestly feel like he was there to help and he did just that. Thank you again sir. What was a small time out your day is a great reminder that people still care.
Amazing service. Trey came out after normal business hours and got our AC back up and running so quick. We have 4 little kids and so for them to respond so quickly and be so professional meant a lot to me and my wife. Very grateful for all that Trey did and their maintenance plan was a life saver for us as we had to get a motor replaced. Great experience and great company!
The service technician, Thomas, was great. Not only did he identify and fix the problem quickly but also he took the time to explain what he was doing and why and answered all my questions.

Steven arrived just when he said he would and serviced by HVAC System. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his business and he even found a gas leak at my gas meter! I was so very thankful that this young man took the time to pursue where the gas leak was so I could have it fixed ASAP as gas makes me a bit nervous. This company is known for their quality work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing hvac services! I know I will continue using them. Job well done!
OMG!!! My A/C went out. Steven came to check it and fixed it until they could order one. Martin, Adam and Thomas came and installed the new one the next week. They were all so professional and courteous. Thomas even showed me how to control the thermostat from my phone. They cleaned up great upon leaving. I would definitely recommend Tony Kelly for any air and heat problems.
Trey did an awesome job on finding the issue with our air conditioning unit. And we learned something new how ants can interfere with it working properly. Thank so much Trey
I had an after hours emergency and Caesar was my repair tech. He was so nice and diagnosed the issue and showed me how to prevent another issue! He was so calm and helpful and reassured me it was nothing I did to cause the issue! He also before he left showed me how to connect my system to the Wi-Fi and use my system as it was designed! This was above and beyond his assigned job ti fix my issue! I would recommend him to anyone he was so helpful! It’s rare these days to have an employee so willing to help! Thank you!

Could not rate this experience high enough. We are new customers and scheduling a convenient service appointment was easy. Our technician, Tom, called to let us know he was on his way, as promised, and arrived on time. Tom was very thorough in his assessment of, and response to, our HVAC issues. We were left feeling that his objective was to take care of us (our system) by explaining what he was seeing, answering questions clearly as he worked (non-stop), and doing only what was necessary (no up-selling). Our system is now functioning beautifully, and we were left with the assurance that any issues that may arise after this visit would be addressed promptly. Tom also made self-maintenance suggestions as he was working, but by the end of this visit we asked (he did not suggest) if there was a maintenance plan available-there is, and we purchased it on sight. I have my daughter to thank for referring me to Tony Kelly (they are installing a new system for her young family), and I will be referring family and friends as well.

Lamar did a great job with the maintenance check. The unit needed cleaning and 2 capacitors replaced. Tony Kelly is a great company to call your next HVAC work!
