The professional company Sterling Service was so good. Mr. D is a professional he’s service the air conditioning let me know what issues I have. I will continue to keep my system service through this company. Mrs. Judy was a delight to work with also. I will be telling Family and Friends to call them for service they will be satisfied!
From start to finish, Sterling Service saved the day with their expediency and targeted repair. We have an ancient unit that’s original to our home. When the AC stopped cooling last night we feared the worst. Judy set us up an appointment for this afternoon after two HVAC places couldn’t fit us in for six or eight days. Wait six or eight days in this hellacious heat where the nation is setting records for heat index?! No thank you, but many thank yous to Judy and Ryan. Ryan arrived an hour ahead of our appointment window and fixed our struggling unit. We are ever so grateful for Sterling and their four star ⭐️ crew!

I returned from out of town and my AC was not working. My home warranty company dispatched my service request to Sterling Service and within about 5 minutes, the sweetest lady called me to schedule the service. She seemed legitimately concerned about me being in the heat and was even concerned that I have a pet in the heat after she heard my dog bark. She got me scheduled for their soonest opening for the same day, and informed me that if they are able to make it out sooner, that they would. The technician arrived as soon as he could and I was very thankful he was early. Ryan was professional, friendly, prompt and got me up and running! They also send you text updates when the technician is en route and include a photo so you know who to expect. I liked that concept! Great company!

I have had a service contract for 2 houses with Sterling and they do a great job. Tirell Dantley has been my technician for 2 years. He is very professional Today i had a repair. Tirell was prompt and fixed it quickly

Our HVAC was replaced 2 years ago with Sterling Service of Florida, & wanted to continue to use them for preventative maintenance. They are so customer oriented! They are on time, professional, & reasonable. Customer service is also great, & they can get you on the schedule in days, not weeks! What more could you ask for? Great company!

I called for a diagnostic test. The receptionist was very nice. Ryan came out within 30 minutes of my phone call. He was very nice and professional. My ac unit was up and running within 30 minutes of his arrival (he fixed issues with my unit that were caused by a different HVAC company).Highly recommended.
