I recently had some issues with my AC that required emergency services. I reached out to some of the larger Businesses in Town as I figured that they could get someone out right away. After making numerous calls, I found that no one could get out for at least 2 weeks. I reached out to Snyder. Not only did they come out right away, they fixed my problem and got my A/C repaired Same day. Every time I call them, they are out within 24 hours guaranteed. Thank you Snyder!!! :)

They installed an HVAC system in my new home. The work was done professionally, quickly and at a very competitive price. I have dealt with a lot of air conditioning companies in Tallahassee and they are my favorite. Can't got wrong with them.

Snyders was very quick to send someone out to our house, analyze the problem (several fried circuit boards) and have a replacement installed next day. Even with nationwide labor and parts shortages they knocked it out of the park and kept our family warm in the middle of winter! I highly recommend their services!

AVOID WORKING WITH SNYDER'S AIR CONDITIONING! We just built a new house, and our builder contracted with Snyder's to do our air conditioning installation. Long story short is months after Snyder's installed two units for our 4500 sq ft home, we became frustrated that the house never fully cooled or heated properly, so we looked directly at the specifications on the units. It turns out that Snyder's installed cheaper models of both units (14 SEER instead of 16 SEER) without informing us of the change or charging us less for our air conditioning. The other issue is that the downstairs A/C unit is 4 tons whereas the upstairs unit is only 3.5 tonnes, despite the fact that both floors have the same square footage. The upstairs unit runs nearly all of the time in the summer. We had an independent company come out to the house to evaluate the system and they suggested that the upstairs unit be replaced with a 4 ton system, but that the ducts are only compatible with up to a 3.5 ton system. Since we realized this discrepancy we have tried repeatedly to meet with the manager David himself to resolve the issue. Instead he has sent his less informed employees over to try to smooth things over and convince us that you "make up the difference in SEER levels in the coils" and other such nonsense (FYI the coils only add 1.5 SEER so we are still only at 15.5 SEER total). We have also requested multiple times that Snyder provide documentation of exactly what our builder (who is now deceased) requested from him in terms of air conditioning units, but Snyder's refuses to provide the documentation. We discovered the problem with these units in December 2018. It is now March 2018 and we have gotten precisely nowhere with respect to solving the problem. Our next step will likely be to go to Snyder's office and refuse to leave until David gives us a personal meeting to explain himself. One additional note: our builder was diagnosed with terminal cancer shortly after beginning our project
