Paul Sheffield's Grandfather took care of my family's finicky AC andwhen I was a kid. Like his grandfather, Paul is always respectful, kind, courteous and practical. He was quick to tell us how to keep our 25 year old AC working 'til we finally got tired of repairing it. If he doesn't pass his business on to his family, it will be depressing, to say the least.
