Both Brett and Hunter were great, nice people to work with. I appreciated their honesty and not trying to upsell service plans or parts that weren’t needed. All the 5 star reviews speak for themselves and I would recommend them for anyone’s HVAC needs.

There’s a reason this business has been around as long as they have. There’s also a reason they have all 5 star reviews. I challenge you to find another with this type of service, customer care, hard working, devoted and knowledgeable employees. Rick and his sons are like no other. They are family people through and through and treat people with the type of respect that you would hope for everyone to. During record breaking heat (102!) I called Hunter after hours to help me with a leak in my parents AC that was soaking through their ceiling. They had been gone for a month and I couldn’t bear to have to them come home to this mess. With no question or exorbitant fees, he was there the next morning with a smile and took care of it. I could not be more grateful.

This small company was referred to me by a friend. Can't say enough about how great this small company is. Spoke with Hunter 12p and his brother Brett called me 1212p. My HVAC unit was working again by 230p. Brett even had to pickup parts under warranty at SW TLH. Reasonable price. Even gave me suggestions on preventive maintenance. Problem: unit iced up, had to replaced circuit board (burnt, shown to me) and other part under warranty. Super service. Friendly. My new HVAC techs.
I was panicked when nothing was working and my thermostat wouldn't even come on and it was forecast to be 28 degrees. Brett came out on the same day and quickly found and fixed the problem and I am SO grateful. I hope I don't need them again for a while, but will definitely call when I do.
Great people. Brett came out the same day I called and got us squared away. It's a great feeling when you try out a new provider and intuitively know you're not being jerked around. He got us squared away at a great price, explained what we needed to do in the future and even took a few minutes to shoot the breeze from a distance when we realized we had some common friends in the neighborhood, which can be a real treat during a pandemic. Highly recommend.
Quick, friendly and easy to work with! Within an hour of submitting our service request Brett was at our door, and he made short work of diagnosing & replacing the fried part and getting the cool air going again. No sales pitches for extra services, just quick, accurate work. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

These people are great. I’ve had two repairmen come out to my house. Both have been courteous, thorough with their explanation of the repairs needed, and friendly with pets!
