I strongly recommend Payne Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris provided excellent service, always taking time to explain what needed doing and why. He always responded to my calls and questions. He and his co-workers worked long hours to finish even when they encountered unexpected problems. We are very pleased with the new system they installed.

After getting other estimates, we called Chris Payne to replace our HVAC unit. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He listened to the problems we were having with our old unit, inspected it, and told us what our options were for a new unit and how to apply for financing through the city’s energy loan program. We decided on a Ruud unit with a dehumidifier. Very efficient and keeps the humidity down! We are very happy with the job Chris his men did for us as well as his recommendation for the HVAC unit.
Payne's AC&Heating is our go to for anything with our AC system. Chris is on the spot when we need him. He's an excellent diagnostician, is honest and gives a fair price for all the work they do. Repairs and/or replaces what is needed and doesn't gouge. We trust him implicitly.

I have used the services of Payne's Air Conditioning & Heating a few times now and have been extremely pleased every time. Chris Payne has personally repaired my system in the past and when my HVAC system finally recently failed, he installed my new HVAC replacement system. Not only does Chris do outstanding work, he is very knowledgeable and ensures the homeowner is advised along the way as to issues and progress, even some that are problems not related to the air conditioning system. I have found that Payne's Air Conditioning & Heating goes above and beyond my expectations and will continue to utilize their services whenever necessary. I highly recommend them for anything related to HVAC repair or installation.

Paynes associates were professional hard working and on time daily they did an excellent job working with our layout even though we changed it a couple of times, the value and quality of work was outstanding
Had AC stop working on New Years Day! Chris came out diagnosed the issue. Thought it might require replacement but after some thinking tried one last thing that worked. A rare happening but now we have a/c and he was knowledgeable, professional and followed up with us. Improved the start of our new year. Thank you Payne heating and air🤩
We had the pleasure of waking up to a completely frozen AC unit. We had new coils installed back in August with someone else that was pushed to us through a home warranty program. Long story short, the Freon may not have been added back or at least, the system behaved as such. In any case, it froze up slowly from about Sunday to Thursday. My wife started calling around and Payne’s was the first who was actually open AND available. It wasn’t a holiday yet (Thursday 12/30/21) but it was near impossible to get someone out. Payne’s sent out a nice fellow named Bailey. They showed earlier than quoted, which is a first for any company of this sort. Then Bailey proceeded to not only diagnose and get the system back in order, he also explained things as we went along so that we had a better idea of both what likely happened, and how to combat it going forward. Now our system blows colder than it ever has, we have a game plan quarterly to try and salvage what life is left in it, and I feel like we have a company we can rely on to offer service for a system that has been neglected by both previous homeowners and multiple attempts by other service providers. Here’s hoping that Chris and Bailey are around for our next appointment and even for the possible replacement, should that time arrive before we are ready. (We will never be ready for that lol)

After waking up to a hot house this morning we called countless air companies that could not squeeze us in today. Paynes air conditioning, though also busy, reached out to their workers and called me back with a time for 45 minutes later. The technician came out to meet my husband, gave us a diagnosis, and fixed our air conditioner in no time! We were more than pleased with the pricing and couldnt believe our luck to get such great help so quickly. I highly recommend to anyone having issues this hot, hot summer.

About a month ago Chrisx2 came out to take a look at my 18 year old unit. Thermostat, fan, compressor, etc. seemed to be functioning normally but warm air was being blown inside. The Chris's diagnosed the issue and soon enough cold air was blowing inside. They also took the time to adjust all my vents and, upon hearing the history of repairs, they even made a phone call to determine if any of the recent repairs could have still been covered by warranty. They were patient in explaining the issues and best practices for keeping my unit healthy and working properly. They also dropped by the day after just to check everything looked good. I believe Payne's will continue to look out for me and always have their customer's best interests and personal situation in mind. P.S. a month later, still blowing cold! Thanks!
Honesty, Integrity and Work Ethic, three things that are sadly rare these days. However I'm happy to say that these three things and so much more are alive and well at Payne's Air Conditioning & Heating! From the first contact with the front office staff to the technicians that arrived at our house and tirelessly did the hard work, every point of contact was professional and thorough. I called Payne's on a recommendation from another HAVAC repair company who could not figure out how to fix my units. I was told Mr. Payne and his son were honest and if they couldn't fix my air unit, no one could. From the moment I called, everyone has been very kind and professional . The lady who answered the phone we very helpful and got me scheduled when I could be available. Chris and Chris showed up today and immediately got to work. They were very professional and quickly figured out the problem. They gave me my options and made the repair quickly and at a great price. I believe my system is now working better than it has in 10 years. I am so impressed with the customer service, honestly and friendliness of this company. I am thankful we found this company.
My AC was not working. Called for service and Chris came out same day. I had a faulty sump pump, which was shutting off my system. Chris suggested that I didn’t actually need a sump pump if he just did an easy pvc plumbing change to my drain. I had him do that. It works perfectly. The condensation water drains outside through the drain pipe like it is supposed to. Chris was able to get my system running perfectly under an hour and saved me hundreds of dollars. I was very impressed with his skills and knowledge but mostly with his honesty. This guy earned my business for life!
