The amazing staff at Parker were able to come out and check my AC the same day. They were super professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We highly recommend Parker Services, Inc. We discovered a leak in our air handler in the garage late on a Friday. The sheet rock was soaked and we didn’t want to leave it like that over the weekend. Called Parker Services late that day, and they had someone there early that evening. Took about 30 minutes- job done. Courteous, responsive, professional!

Serviceman listened to description of what was happening and tried vaccuming/suctioning the drain pipe and showed me the alge build-up and then added something to help break up alge and flushed with water. He also added a t-joint inside that I can add a small amount of bleach to aid in regular preventative maintenance. He was on time, he explained everything which I appreciated, and I was happy with the results. Leslie Puckett / Steven Neale

Very happy and relieved after a visit from Parker Services to diagnose and repair my central air system, which had suddenly stopped working. Austin showed up on time and had me back up and running in less than 45 minutes! Will definitely give these guys a call again if I ever need future HVAC service or repair.

Our air conditioner died on us and we decided to switch companies. We ended up picking parker services. They were always on time and communicated well. They have great technicians that are knowledgeable and answer any questions you have. They also know come out to check their work 6 months after install free of charge. Highly recommend if you want a trustworthy HVAC company.
Chris Bailey came in to help diagnose a complicated and new Bosch 2.0 Inverter Heat pump system issue, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he was able to quickly diagnose [while also spending a lot of time making sure it worked well] and repair the issue that had been causing problems for weeks and skyrocketing my electric consumption. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the entire process, Chris was friendly, reliable, and efficient, and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working perfectly before he left. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his dedication to getting the job done right. Overall, I would highly recommend Chris Bailey and Parker Services to anyone in need of HVAC services. I am beyond grateful to Donald at Parker Services for his "over and above" work to help my family with our heating system. The system had been newly installed but not finished by someone else and Donald stepped in to diagnose and solve the problem which involved a propane conversion kit and other issues. But it is what Donald did when I contacted him in tears to let him know that my husband had died and I was unable to retrieve any messages he may have left. He immediately contacted competitors, Barineau Heating and Air, Winair Supply, and Baker Distributing, who all came together to get the parts that were needed -- otherwise, it would have taken over a week for the parts to arrive. Donald then cleared his schedule for the rest of the day and he and a crew came out and took care of everything. I am a customer and hopefully now a friend for life! Thank you Donald and all the companies who came together to help.
