To Kristen, Jonathan, Matt & Vincent, It’s pretty cold over here on East Georgia Street this morning where we turned on our new furnace for the first time and it got right to work! Thank you again for all you did to get our new HVAC system installed, a complicated job during our hot summer, and for warming our house - and our hearts knowing such good people as you all are in business here in Tallahassee. Below is my review of three years ago, and this team is still 5-stars in my book. “I admire John Mayfield’s family business, its competence, work ethic, reliability and value. They have handled our HVAC problems and/or maintenance for several years and we couldn’t be more satisfied. They’ve even recommended the less-expensive option in a repair. Beat that!
John and the rest of the crew were fantastic. Our AC went out in the middle of a triple digit week, and they were able to come out to repair our system very quickly. They showed up on time, went above and beyond to repair our system, and were very professional the entire time. If you are looking for someone to repair your system correctly the first time, Mayfield is the way to go for sure

John was servicing our very, very old AC system. He helped us limp it along for several years before it finally bit the dust. He and his assistant (Joey) replaced it over a couple of extremely hot days along with the ductwork located in the sweltering attic. The system has been working great since then and it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Mayfield Heating & Air.

Bad customer service new havc purchased in January 2014 had bad smell coming from duct inside home he called dirty sock syndrome could not get smell out of this new a/c unit he refused to refund now 4years later unit quit working called him on August 22,2018 said unable to come out maybe Monday I called Friday to get time for Monday sense he never called me on Friday Pm he sent me a text saying he couldn’t come Monday that I could call any A/C company to do repair under the 10 year warranty THANKS would never use MAYFIELD A/C

Honest & reliable! Moved to Tallahassee in 2015 & they serviced my home AC on one occasion. This week, I called Mayfield's for a cooling problem and they dispatched a technician who discovered a coolant leak on the air handling unit and not only did they beat the competition on price for an entire system replacement, but were able to have it installed this week as well.

Showed up when they said the would, fix the problem and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the repair. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs their AC fixed
Had an appointment between 12-2pm. Got a call at 12:20. Fellas showed up around 12:45. Got the part replaced and unit blowing cool. Its now 1:20pm. All done on a lunch breaks time. Thanks fellas. Best service ever.
