He was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly, and his work was excellent.
They were able to identify that the broken heating system was caused by a faulty sensor quickly, and was able to fix it same day. we had previously used a different a/c company who insisted it was just the filter needing to be replaced and who couldn't find anything else wrong with it. Jim Morris and Son's is definitely going to be our Go-to for all a/c service calls moving forward!
Home inspector told us that there was a leak in the air handler located in the attic. When they showed up to fix the problem, he was convinced that wasn't the problem because "I've been doing this for so long, I just know these things". I told him a licensed home inspector found the problem, he didn't care. He put some freon in our unit, and said we are good to go. Well fast forward 2 months later, and sure enough the air handler is leaking and needed to be repaired.
Got our 20 plus year old A/C running after we had been told it was ready for the scrap heat.
