Very good experience. Person the phone when I called was very polite and professional. Told me that everyone was on another job at the moment but they would get to me today. Called 30 minutes before they got here to let me know they were on their way. Worked on the cleanout for awhile and then hooked up a machine. The machine was not working and he said they might have to come back in the morning but he did keep trying and did get it cleared. Charge was $120 which is what they had quoted me. No trying to sell me other services like some reviewers have complained about with other companies. Would definitely use them again.
I'm so glad I was able to contact Jim Crosby Plumbing. They truly care about their customers and helping them to the fullest. They come in and assess your home with your plumbing problem or issue and they come out and fix it all. I really appreciated Dawn, she's the sweetest. She got someone out right away, and Jim for there amazing help to see a leak going on in my home. Also my toilets were acting up too, so they recommended new ones. In all, they are a very reliable and prompt company that gets to the bottom of your issue. I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs some advice or some help with a plumbing problem. Thanks so much you guys!
I know it as Brown's Plumbing. The plumber that did the work was VERY GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL. He is the Plumber to use for ALL your plumbing needs. Great job!!!
Very professional, timely, and polite..
Came out on Friday to fix a broken flush handle on the toilet, otherwise toilet flushed fine, after they left, evertime you flush had to take too off tank and Nash flap down to stop it from keep running, came back on Monday, said they fixed it, first time it was flushed would not stop running, still had to put flap in place by hand, waiting for them to come back a third time for a broke handle, didn't have to change out anything else. Not happy 3 trips for simple flush handle replacement

Dawn is Your Company's Best Asset 5.0 star rating 4/15/2019 Jim Crosby Plumbing is the best Tallahassee has to offer!!! One of the reasons is Dawn, the business manager. I am a 70 year old grandmother of triplets and my daughter and her husband were out of the country. They hive only lived in their new home about a month and I had numerous issues with the house come up. One was the toilet clogged and I knew the plumber was coming out to check the hot water heater, so I waited one day for him to solve the issue. Unfortunately, they have a home warranty, something I have never believed in! When Dawn called to confirm the appointment I was not very nice. I called back and apologized and she called me back to say she had spoken with the home warranty people to include the toilet and jetted tub in the work order. She went above and beyond to help me. When Chris, the plumber came he fixed the toilet and checked the hot water heater and jetted tub and I was very happy with his work. However, when I went into the bathroom several hours later there was water on the floor. I immediately called Dawn back and she said she would send Chris ASAP. Not only did Chris come, but Dawn herself came to make sure everything was all right!!! I worked in the service industry at Walt Disney World for 41 years and would want both Dawn and Chris on my staff!! It is so refreshing in this day of little to no service that individuals go out of their way to help others!! I will never forget their wonderful work and my family will be Jim Crosby Plumbing customers for life!!!

I am owner of Destination Real Estate and I am a realtor and property manager. I manage about 220 units. I have been working exclusively with Jim Crosby Plumbing for over 8 years now. They are extremely reliable, timely, and easy to work with. They will always be my go-to plumbing company.
Found this plumber via Google search. At around 3pm I had called about 7 different plumbers requesting same day service but all declined or wanted to charge emergency service or after hour fees. Jim Crosby Plumbing not only had the cheapest hourly rate, but they came within an hour of my call and fixed my problem in less that 20 minutes. These folks will definitely get my business again.
Called to schedule appointment in the am for a noon appointment. I had 2 other plumbers scheduled and decided to use Crosby because they could come the same day. I called them at 1pm to see where they were and they said they would be another hour. They called me at 4pm to tell me they weren't coming and could schedule me for the next day at 2pm.... wI'll not be waiting arounder for them a second day!
Mike was at my door within minutes(literally) of getting off the phone with the pleasantly cool and calm dispatch gentleman. He greeted me with smile, and a positive attitude. The service was prompt, efficient and he even went above and beyond by giving me a new drain plug and insert on a very short notice after getting the proper approval.
Wow! We had a plumbing emergency today (on a Sunday) and Chris showed up within an hour and a half. He was professional, friendly, and explained the problem in detail. Even after fixing the problem he went the extra mile and changed the ring of the toilet bowel when that was not the issue we called him for. Very reasonably priced too. We definitely will be calling Crosby with our plumbing problems in the future!
Thought it was time to make a review for these guys. I've had em out so many times now my house is essentially a showroom for their magnificent work. Sometimes I find myself jaded by the miracles they perform, and remembering to review them just sort of slips the mind as you bathe in bliss of another problem resolved! Chris is the man and so is everyone else who came out to 3006 grove street! I hope this makes up for all the missed reviews!
