Mr. Almonte showed up on time and was wonderful to work with!!! He has a kind and gracious manner and identified the problem immediately. He showed me things that I needed to know that will help keep my a/c unit running it's best. He is customer oriented which is an unusual thing in today's world. His pricing reflects honesty and integrity. It is nothing like 99 percent of the companies today. Would I use him again? In a heartbeat!!! Pride in his work, integrity, and honesty are what this world needs more of and is recognized and appreciated by this lady. Cheryl Gibbons
