They installed two air ducts and a return in our newly glassed in sun porch. Very reasonable price. Workers were polite, neat, and punctual, and we were pleased with the result. We have used Harper Revell in the past and have always been pleased with their work.

Service manager said they were busy and my system was down for 36 hours. Alex replaced a capacitor and checked the outdoor unit in 30 minutes. The Trane system is only 5 years old. The diagnosis and repair took only a few minutes. We would have been much happier if the repair was done in less than 24 hours. The manufacturer should have a backup capacitor designed into the system.
Phillip was the best technician. Super nice and willing to explain everything clearly. It’s clear he loves his job, what an awesome guy. He deserves a raise.
