This is what happens when you let a woman run a company from the phone. They messed up my install, forgot to even leave a FILTER and then I thought to maybe give them another try... no response. I hurt their widdle feelings because I called them out. These people are just here to take your money, call DONNIE'S HVAC or another one. These people are garbage.
