Absolutely over-the-top outstanding service! Very helpful, took the time to answer questions, thorough, and went out of their way to assist us with issues completely out of their control due to either previous homeowners or technicians. I can't say enough good things about Charles especially, I would recommend this company to anyone!

We had used another company to do preventive maintenance and were told we would get service in the future as a preferred customer ahead of the pack. When the time came to use them today, 4 days out was earliest ETA. Called Donald Guy as a first time customer and the AC was fixed whithin 3 hours. John, the tech, was professional, van was stocked with the part needed, was courteous and explained completely what the fault was. THANK YOU!
I just purchased my first home and called to see if I could set up an appointment to get my (new to me) AC checked and serviced. Within a couple hours they called to let me know someone was on their way. Charles was professional, very informative (especially for someone new to ownership) and expedient. So glad that my coworker referred me to this company! I set up the bi-annual check ups, so this is one thing I can thankfully cross off of my to-do list.
I rent a home in tallahassee and our AC quit on us. Our rental management company had them install the new AC unit and I was astounded by how quickly they got the work done. They arrived on time, were very professional, kept me informed throughout the install, and cleaned up after themselves when they left. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an AC technician.
Donald Guy Heating and Cooling is the very best HVAC contractors in the Tallahassee area. They replaced the 2.5 heat pump system in our home. Their quote was competitive and fair. They were on time for the installation. After the installation, I went under the house to check their work. The work area after the installation was impeccable. They secured every duct line to insure the highest air quality coming into our home. Whether it be repair or installation, I would recommend them for any HVAC work that you may consider.

These guys are the best!!!! Called these guys out and they were able to fix a problem that some of the larger companies couldn't. They are fast, courteous and really affordable!!!
Don came out to our home to give us an estimate to replace our 24-year-old unit. It was leaking and out of Freon at the time while we were still awaiting other estimates...but we wanted to make a pretty quick decision so we wouldn't have to stay in a hot house with our new baby. Don called one of his techs to come out to our house and put some Freon in our unit - free of charge with no obligation to go with his estimate - so that we wouldn't have to rush our decision-making process. Even though we picked someone else for the job, Don was super generous by offering us free Freon. The company we went with offered to reimburse Don, but he was still adamant about his original offer. Don was super nice and is ultimately a class act. We appreciate his incredibly generous act of kindness in our time of need. Thank you, Don.
I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY, MR. GUY WAS CONTACTED BY A FRIEND OF MINE AND IMMEDIATELY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOME. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS NOT HOME BUT THE FOLLOWING DAY HE SENT THE SAME TECH AGAIN WHO IS EXCEPTIONAL. THE HEAT INSIDE THE HOME HAS BEEN UNBEARABLE FOR US AND LAST NIGHT WAS WONDERFUL, THE DOGS WERE SMILING WHEN I CAME HOME AND HOPEFULLY IT WILL CONTINUE. I WON'T GO INTO DETAIL BUT ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES PROVIDING THE SAME SERVICES SHOULD FOLLOW MR. GUY'S EXAMPLE. HE HAS A HEART FOR THOSE IN TROUBLE AS DO HIS PEOPLE. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO 6 PEOPLE. THANK YOU SIR AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL
