Daniel E. Did an outstanding job troubleshooting and repairing my AC unit. My AC went out over night and Cooper plumbing and air was able to have someone here first thing in the morning.
Henry went above and beyond to get the work done—investigating a leak in my rental property and ensuring comprehensive measures were undertaken to get the water meter back to normal. He is comprehensive in his assessments and motivated to find a permanent and cost-effective solution. He is a phenomenal communicator, a well-trained plumbing professional, and a joy to work with. I am not satisfied with your service , we have logged a complaint last week with multiple reminder call made but the issue that was supposed to be resolved 2 weeks ago and paid for has cropped up again. We are also your monthly care customers and this treatment is not acceptable. We were promised prioritized response if we are on your monthly maintenance.
We were absolutely DESPERATE for someone to fix our ac---we are in a midst of a heat wave here in Tallahassee, and guests are flying in from up north for July 4th next week! I called one company in our capital city last night and twice this morning and finally got an answer---and they said a tech could not come out before tomorrow---at that time, temp: 82 degrees in my home office:( Although we had used this company for several years, we were losing confidence. We decided to take a chance and call someone else. Cooper answered immediately and sent Scott. He knew what was the problem, fixed it, offered expert advice, and was so professional--plus he is definitely a really nice guy: very friendly and very knowledgeable and patient with us two old people but not condescending. He never acted like he was in a hurry at all. I am writing this review while the room is quickly cooling us off. Ah..... it's so nice to have such a "cool" company and technician (temp: falling to a nice 72 degrees).
I am so thankful for Cooper’s Plumbing & Air! Though they were very busy, they managed to get me on their schedule immediately and I received updates throughout the whole process. I don’t no where to start about Scott! He did an amazing job. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and knew just what the A/C unit needed. Scott went above and beyond to help me and my family. Awesome job Scott!
Matthew was an excellent technician. Found the problem quickly and had the a/c running in no time! Great experience.
Coopers came out on a same day notice and we’re very professional and personable. Matthew was especially helpful and pointed out things that were missed during an inspection I had done and was more than willing to help us and fix it. He had us up and running on the same day. The Cooper Plan was something we were interested in and it was offered at such a great price and very much worth it. We’ll always use this company.
Misleading, when they say they are working to get you on the schedule that doesn't mean it will be that day. Be sure to ask more questions if given a vague response on timing. Waited all day on Wednesday with no show, called on Thursday and told it might not even be until Friday when they would get to us but that was after a lot of questions to get that answer.
Joshua was great and very professional. But the visitation fee seemed a bit higher than most and should probably be waved if you agree to have them do a bunch of work.

This was the most professional service person that has ever been in my home. I am over 70 and have had many in my life time. I was a new customer, and did not have a contract. When I called for advice they were very responsive to my needs. I wasn't asked to get a contract or to purchase anything unnecessary. I was not asked to buy anything. I would advise anyone looking for a nice honest company to give them a try, I'm sure you will not be disappoited. Happily, plw
Can't say enough good things about these guys. Our AC went out on a Sunday afternoon and they had us back up and running the same day. The person who took my initial call (I wish I could remember his name) and Ryan, the person who did the repair, were both professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We joined the Cooper Club for regular maintenance to avoid situations like this in the future. So, so pleased.

I have been using Coopers for 25+ years. I recently had one of my two A/C units kick the bucket. I called Coopers and they responded quickly and had my new unit in within 3 days. Needless to say once the new unit was in my other unit stopped working. Long story short the Coopers tech had made a major error in the installation of the new unit that affected my other unit. As soon as the mistake was discovered Coopers bent over backwards to make it right. They got my units running and worked in the rain to get it done asap. Paige Earp was the lead on the “let’s correct this” team and was so conscientious of getting the problem resolved. Tony Cooper stepped in and made the wrong right to my advantage. Thank you Cooper’s for accepting responsibility and doing the right thing.
