I am very pleased with my technician. He was very courteous and friendly. He arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection. Very satisfied customer.
With my silver level maintenance plan, they were able to send a technician within 48 hours of my call. He was polite, professional and seemed to do a good job. The only thing I am not happy about is that it turns out my system needs a new coil as it is rusty and leaking. But I just had it serviced in April, and no one mentioned that then.
Aidin was very professional, prompt and kept me informed at what he was doing.
Sheldon was very professional, personable, efficient, and competent. He was also very educational about how to maintain my system between service appointments. He is a great asset to Benson's.
Today's service was done well. The technician called ahead, arrived on time, performed his service and called to talk to me when he found something he thought I wanted to know. He was polite and professional. That is the very best I could expect.

20ft drain pipe cleaning will cost 300+. Cleared it with water. Please be aware. Tech didn't know if the floater would fix the problem and left without calling. Also, writes an estitment of parts I did not need. I should have called someone else but this was business referred to me from a great electrician in Tallahassee. Sorry they did not provide good value and service as the electrician. Needless to say I will not use them again. I would also be aware of this business taking advantage of people with rental properties. This job with have taken me 5 mins if I was in Tallahassee. That means they charge me for about 3 hours of work that took the tech 10mins.
I paid $400 for nothing. I was told my coil needed to be cleaned and the mildew scent would leave and my air would feel better. A few days later the smell returned and the air in my rooms are still not working. I was told if they come back out I might have to pay another diagnostic fee. I would not recommend.

Emonte, the technician, along with Jeremiah called in advance, arrived on time, and provided excellent customer service. Emonte thoroughly explained the service he provided and the issues he found. He replaced a surge protector and indicated he would order an ultraviolet bulb which had burned out and needed to be replaced. Top notch service! We are very happy with Benson's! 6.19.23 Phillip Rutledge came today to replace an ultraviolet bulb in my A.C. ductwork to keep the air flow clean. He was both professional and courteous in his delivery of service. I received a bio of Phillip before he arrived which made me more comfortable with having him in my home. Thank you, Benson's for continuing to provide quality customer service over the years.
The technicians were prompt and professional. They discussed what they had found and answered our questions knowledgeably. We are quite satisfied with this business.
We love Benson's. The office team and technicians are always professional and a pleasure to work with. The best brains and service Incredibly knowledgeable. Pleasant and professional. Emonte paid attention to every detail, told us what he and his terrific boss were doing every step of the way. He was sure to take care of every detail before they left, such as taking all waste with them, closing all attic doors and lights, and mentioning all the extra little things thay had done. We are very appreciative.
Seth was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had about our unit and the filter. We love Bensons and they give us a peace of mind knowing they maintain our unit. Update 5/16/23 We had an issue with our system. Morgan was able to get someone out to look at the issue as soon as possible. Nuno was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got us back up and running so quickly! We really appreciate them both!
In the office, heerful people were happy to help. Knowledgeable technicians take pride in the work they do and leave the job clean- like nobody was there at all. 10 out of 10
