This is a great company. They are honest and quality of work is awesome. I have had other ac companies and have been disappointed. I feel very good with Barineau and will keep using them.

Barineau’s Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job. Mike was courteous and very mindful of keeping our house clean. We called them one day and he was out the next day. The price was very reasonable. We would recommend them to everyone.

The Barineau team came to our rescue when we needed it the most. When our 30 year old A/C unit went down and I was away from home and needed help, the Barineau team was there to help my family. They provided the best solution for our situation even the emergency a/c needed for my wife and daughter. I could not be more appreciative of their responsiveness, team work, and help in providing the solutions we needed.
We've used Barineau twice. In both instances, the person has been nice and honest and the cost has been reasonable. We're very satisfied :)
I really didn't think we would be able to afford their services, I've always been told Barineau heating and air was very expensive. None of that is true. Very professional, knowledgeable, timely and let you know what is causing the problem immediately. Service contract was a plus for us and 24 hour service. Very glad we called for their service. Thank you Barineau heating and air conditioning, you just pulled in two lifetime customers, my husband is very particular and obsessed with doing a job right the first time, and he was very impressed. I can go on and on, but give them a try you will not be disappointed. We called barineau heating and air 6/23 after hours, the system stop working, luckily because they had installed a shout off switch on the drain pan. Someone was out within a few hours, Before 10 pm, as promised. It was a hot night, we didn't want our teanants suffering. Most importantly the repair man, called to let me know all the findings, all he repaired, the total cost and what needed to be done to prevent this in the future. E-mailed an itemization of the bill. Called me too confirm type of payment, took my payment over the phone used my barineau bucks (after conformation from the head office). I appreciate all of that. I was at work and couldn't leave, it's reassuring trusting someone to do the best thing for you and you're not there these days. I refer anyone with A/C problems big or small to Barineau heating and air. TRUSTWORTHY. FAIR PRICE, PROFESSIONAL. RESPECTFUL AND KNOW THRIR TRADE. I have been using them they past 5 years or so. As always, break downs seem to only occur on the weekends or at night. Never a worry with Barineau Heating. Received a prompt call back. Technician was also prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He communicated well by keeping me informed throughout the repair process, as well as made maintenance recommendations. Repair cost was not bad either.
Technicians are thorough, friendly and professional...never sell me something I don't need.
We're having difficult issues to diagnose but the technicians were able find the issue and order the faulty part .
Called at 5pm on a Saturday and they were out 90 minutes later at normal service rates. After getting us back running the tech noted thar we would save 10% on the bill with a service contract. Ended up with a savings and the contract paid for itself. Can't recommend them enough!
Since this was not an emergency there was no need for immediate attention (AC drain lines needed cleaning). Regardless we received prompt attention and the problem was cleared within an hour of the technician's arrival. We have used Barineau for several years and will continue to use their services into the future.
The sales rep Rob took the time to walk me through the process and answer all questions. He followed up with me multiple times through the process. The install team was professional, kept a clean workspace, and made the experience painless. Barineau wasn't the cheap option, but the extra money was well worth the service they provide.
When our twenty five year old system needed to be replaced, we got estimates from several local companies and Barineau was by far the best option when it came to price and products. The financing application and installation process was simple. The installation team was very courteous and professional. We’re very happy with our new A/C and are grateful they made the process so easy.

Our house is only six years old, and the HVAC system has never really worked right. Multiple expensive repairs already. Had enough. Called four local HVAC companies, asked each to come out and take a look. Asked them to identify the problems and propose solutions. Of the four, Barineau's proposal was the second least expensive, made the most common sense, and was presented in plain language by the most pleasant and professional technicians. Barineau's proposal also included equipment by Carrier, the #1 brand in the USA. And Barineau gave us by far the best warranty. The Barineau people called every time before they came out to let us know they were on the way. They were on time every time, and did everything they said they would do. No surprises. We could not be more pleased.
