We called them on Saturday night because our AC was making a weird noise. The woman over the phone gave us some instructions on how to thaw a line because she believed that was the issue and set up a check up for the AC for Tuesday afternoon. We followed the instructions and when we turned our AC back on, it wouldn't work at all. We called them back to tell them this and the technician said he could work us in Monday at 4. So, Monday at 4:30 came and the technician still hadn't shown up. My husband called the technician and he seemed confused and said something about having two addresses associated with our phone number so he just didn't bother to show or call us to inform us of this. After numerous attempts, we finally got ahold of someone with AC Solutions who told us there was some sort of error on their end with the appointment and that they would be by on Tuesday at the original scheduled time. After telling her this was unacceptable because it was an error on their end and we had now gone 48 hours with no AC, she had the technician work us in that night. The technician ended up getting to our house around 7:30 and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. It's been 24 hours and the AC has stopped working AGAIN! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I am out $300 and nothing has been resolved and it's now been 3 days since this ordeal started. Amanda was kind and apologetic, but the service technician was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever spoken to. Update: After having a qualified technician come out, not only did Air Solutions not fix the it correctly, they put a battery of the wrong type in that would've caused our compressor to explode had we not cut the AC Off when we did, which would've been a $2,000 fix. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
They do great work
Great team at Air Solution and will get to you fast when you really need them most. Plus, they do the work the right way vs. taking short cuts that will make you need further repairs. They answer when called too!

These guys are THE BEST! Timely, professional, honest, work with client and don't try to up-sell you. I have worked with a number (4) of different AC companies and I have never been so impressed that I wrote a review. These guys are the best in town. I will only be using them for all future AC needs. They will give you good price for new unit or repairs. Highly recommend.
We called Air Solutions the eve of Aug 22 after one of our units went out on an extremely hot Florida summer night and they came out the very next morning ~ The prompt expedient service was so appreciated in this heat and I appreciate the techs attention to detail and getting our AC back and running highly recommend! Doug was great!

Air solutions came out so fast and had everything corrected and repaired in no time!!! The tech that came out, Ben, was so friendly and didn't mind all the distractions he had to work around!! And the office personnel who helped us, Amanda, was so efficient and kind. So thankful to have a working AC again!!
I am a Realtor and use Air Solutions to inspect systems that may have issues for all of my clients. They are dependable and have done a fantastic job at repairs. Air Solutions is also extremely flexible with my schedule and can come service a unit the same day I call in many cases. Caveat Emptor!!
We have been using Air Solutions for over eight years both in emergency and maintenance modes. I know we could not get better service anywhere!!! When we had a problem with our HVAC system, they got to our home quickly and had the situation under control in no time. Then we signed up for the routine maintenance program which has turned out to be such a wise choice! We don’t even worry about the air conditioning or heat now, because Air Solutions has us covered. The whole team is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and nice. Kudos to all of you!
Our air conditioner wasn’t cooling correctly and that is a cause for concern for my son who has medical issues that cause him to stop breathing if he overheats so I contacted via text message Amanda at Air Solutions she texted back within minutes!!!!! I explained to her that the air conditioner was not cooling correctly she sent out a technician following morning. Ben Dwyer Luse Came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30-45 minutes!!!!! Ben was VERY courteous, helpful and professional!!!! I’ll recommend Air Solutions to Everyone I meet!!!
Air solutions was wonderful to work with when my AC started acting up. I called in the morning and Doug was at my house by lunch. He did a thorough job inspecting everything and eventually diagnosed a leak in the coil. He was honest and upfront with the possible fixes along with the costs giving me multiple options. He was extremely professional and nice. Spent the next few hours replacing the coil and the freon so I didn't have to go another day in the heat. I would recommend them to anyone as Doug was courteous, professional, honest, and reasonably priced.
Great service, quick response. Fair price worked late into Friday afternoon to complete repair. This is the second time I've needed HVAC service, first was in 2007 so I knew who to call. Same great service. thanks

We were impressed with the website while searching for someone who makes emergency weekend calls - saw online that they did make emergency calls and gave a veterans discount - had my attention and called the number on the website. Informed the lady (that answered) that there was a family member in home hospice for COPD and that our a/c stopped working. I gave my phone number, address and was told that one of the owners would call me. Never did. :(
DO NOT WAIT FOR THIS COMPANY: I called multiple times and requested service. I was promised a call back at least 5 times, but NEVER received a return call. I was cold for 3 days for no reason and wish I was not loyal to this company the first time.
