Excellent services! Best AC service in tally.
AC went out, wife was threatening to murder me, these guys came through big time and saved my life.
Suspicious business practices. Our AC blower was acting inconsistently and malfunctioning. They came out and did an inspection which consisted of unplugging the system and plugging it back in per the technician's report. The inspection took less than 15 minutes and they charged $150. The technician did not even look or go near the outside fan of the unit despite being told where it was. We were told that we needed a new blower engine totaling just under $3,000. Given the high amount, the technician told us we could call the office to talk about financing options (as advertised on their website). Upon calling the office, the owners immediately told us that there were no financing options available. Despite this, we were willing to move forward and pay for the service upon completion. When the technician arrived, he stated that he would need payment before he began installing the new system. When questioned about this, he stated that we were being charged this way because we were "wishy washy" on the phone with the owners. I asked the technician to leave and that we would not be paying for a service before it had been completed and tested. The behavior of this company and the owners is suspicious and unacceptable and I would strongly recommend for everyone to stay away.

Good Service and Really Nice Folks
Called for emergency service on Monday morning. An answering service told me a tech would contact me within 20 minutes if not call back. After the third call a tech called and told me the office would contact me in the morning. No apology for not responding for the last 3 hours. The office did call and told me they would send someone that afternoon. We I questioned about the non response to my calls I’m new I don’t know anything about that. I have done business with them for years but I’m taking my business elsewhere.

These people came right out. They did excellent work and was able to repair the problem and had my a/c working before 9am. They were not one of the 5 places that I called after hours looking for service. I will use them again for any service issues.

My air-conditioner stopped working last night. I called them in the morning. By 11:30 A.M,He was on my home fixing it. He went to get a new filter and he was done 2 pm.
Can't say enough great words and accolade's about this company. I am an investor and have units in the Tallahassee area and they do an amazing job of taking care of things quickly and thoroughly. Very patient, kind, thorough and fair. Special thanks to Jeremy who helped solve a big mystery on one of my units that was giving us a headache. All the technicians are great. You have earned a customer for life despite me living in California =)
My AC shut off in the middle of the night, and the house was very hot this morning. I called Air Control immediately. Mike Crockett came out to the house... on Saturday... within about three hours of my call... on a Saturday. Excellent response! Mike quickly assessed the problem and was able to get us fixed, up an running, and cool again... before game time. Excellent service! Thank you, Mike!
Erik,Saved the day.. hot Florida summers, of course, year old HVAC starts to blow hot air inside smh. Initial vendor who installed the unit, too busy to assist. Well, not this company. Called and arrived 45 mins later. Went above and beyond the call to ensure satisfaction. Needless to say, Im a customer for life!
Service was provided on requested day. Service person called before arrival. He made very useful suggestions for repair and future needs. Price was very reasonable and did accept a credit card. Definitely would recommend and call again for further service.
I highly recommend Air Control Heating & Cooling for all of you heating and cooling needs. We had a new unit installed (inside unit, outside unit and all new duct work) we went with the 3.5 ton 16 seer Carrier system. They provided excellent customer service and were very professional from the start. I requested a quote online and got a call back in the matter of minutes to schedule. Curt come out on a Saturday to provide a quote, no other company that we contacted would come out on a weekend or after 5pm. We did get 3 quotes from different companies, no one come in with a lower quote than Air Control, but that's not the only reason we we chose Air Control. Not only did Curt come out on a Saturday, he also took about 45 minutes to walk around our home with us, took pictures but he also explained to us what things they would upgrade or replace and what systems were more energy efficient. Curt also told us if we needed them for anything before the install day let him know. We scheduled the install the day after Memorial day (June 1st and 2nd), but the Thursday before, we come home at 5:45 pm and had no AC! I shot Curt a text which he replied to immediately and the next morning we had AC again. When install day came around 3 trucks, 1 with a trailer and 6 men arrived on time ready to get started. Austin and his crew were friendly and professional. They got it all knocked out in the 2 days scheduled. Day 1, they got the new inside, outside units, new cutoff switches, new drain lines all installed and working so we had AC that evening. The next morning, Day 2, Austin and his crew arrived on time. They tore out all the old ducting and installed all new ducting in out attic on a hot June day. They all remained professional, courteous and friendly even with it being so hot. After finishing they hauled everything away, Austin even used a shop vac in our garage and on our driveway, making sure to leave nothing behind. We will be using Air Control for all of our HVAC needs in
New to Tallahassee and based off reviews went with Advanced Air Care. Jeff our service tech did an amazing job explaining things and letting us know about the quality of our newly inherited AC system. Definitely made a long term customer today!!

Great service and very professional They have great staff. They all came on time (8:00a.m.) and stayed all day to install our AC system. They were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Good pricing as well
