I had this company replace my AC because the old one was leaking water and damaging my floors. Zoom Zoom came in replaced the old unit and left. I borrowed $7,000 to have this work completed and the new unit leaked for a week before I noticed the new damages. My brand new cabinet has at least 3 inches of water damage that was caused by new installation. I have video footage of the leak. Eric came out and fixed the leak and I never heard a word back from him regarding any new issues. Of course I call 4 days later and I'm asked what proof I have that the new leak damaged my brand new cabinet and additional damage to my floors. Of course the floors were affected prior to Zoom Zoom but to be in debt for this amount of money and now I have to replace my cabinet is beyond ridiculous. I didn't do proper diligence before I called this company and now there's nothing I can do about it. They received their money and now I have floors to replace, a brand new cabinet to replace and a huge debt to pay. Eric assured me that he will not work with me in the future and I can see why. When a company makes a mistake then they should do the proper thing and contact the home owner to discuss the new damages. I waited and ended up calling to no avail. I would not recommend this company. Do your research, I should have.
Great experience! Had a problem with my heater. Called my current A/C contractor since maintenance was due on my yearly plan. When the technician arrived I mentioned the problem his response? "I am just here for maintenance I do not troubleshoot those type of problems" But, He was quick to mention my problem was most likely that I needed a whole new system and should do it before the new year if you want the current prices. NO THANKS! I called Zoom Air conditioning, and from the start with the call I knew I called the right place. Eric came assessed the problem, advised me of the cost (very reasonable), came the next day with the part needed and the problem was fixed. Such a pleasure dealing with an honest, technically proficient contractor for once. I now have a new A/C contractor with Zoom and will always recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Eric.

I called Zoom Zoom for help with my AC flipping my breaker and their team came right out. I can't speak highly enough for their promptness and their time. They were honest and they weighed out all options and were not pushy. In the end they tried to find multiple options to help us get back to cool. If you have AC trouble call i wouldnt hesitate to call them. They're fast patient and honest.

Our A/C went out on Saturday night. We contacted Eric at Zoom Zoom for help. Eric came out and fixed our A/C on Sunday afternoon. Eric is very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the repair at a fair price. I highly recommend Zoom Zoom AC.

Not only is Eric and his team responsive, but they are efficient and honest!
