Great service, i received the information I needed to make the best choice on the unit that best fits my needs.
I love these guys! I/we just had “Ask For Cool Air Conditioning, Inc.” install two central air units in our home in Valencia Shores. They installed a 5 Ton and a 2 Ton unit. They did a fantastic job! From the time I signed a contract, until they finished installing BOTH units was only 3 business days. They were extremely clean and did not leave a speck of dirt in my garage. They left zero trash behind! The units work beautifully, keeping our home nice and cool. My house was completely cool in one hour after the units were started. We had three estimates and they were the least expensive, and they even installed higher quality and better units than the other companies were planning. Nigel is very knowledgeable and does exactly as he promises. Again, I highly recommend them. Definitely a 5 Star company.
I got my a/c unit almost a year ago and I wanted to wait before posting my review of this company. Nick who sold me the unit was great helping me picking a unit and Nigel the owner not only came to install my unit but is a great guy. As part of the install I got included a check up on my unit after 6 months and the tech who came to do it was respectful and even used shoe covers to come into my home. I am very glad I went with Ask For Cool Air Conditioning, and they will be the first to be called if my unit needs service.
Appreciate them coming out after hours for emergency, and understand the cost of that. However what was paid for the part was way more then if I did it myself. That is the only complaint, other than that, very professional and friendly service.

What a great experience with Ask for Cool!! They came out to check my A/C. Basically it was shot. Nigel was able to get a new unit by the end of the day (Friday). He was able to get a crew together to come work on a Saturday (Fathers Day Weekend) and do a complete new install. Luis and Junior walked us through how to operate the new unit and answered any questions we had. We are super appreciative of the professionalism, price, service, and warranty. We are now lifetime customers. Thank you Ask for Cool!!
Best AC company around. Nigel, Luis and JR were incredible. Nigel even went and got topsoil and white rock to fill in the extra space around the new condenser pad. Luis was such a beast, did all the air handler work including re-insulating the ceiling around the air handler and the filter box. He left my garage cleaner than it was before he got here. Can't say enough good things about this company, including their great prices. Most highly recommend.
Nigel & his team were fantastic! Showed up on time to our appointment & wore booties on his shoes to keep my floor clean, perfectly pressed button-down shirt & even while answering ALL of my questions, stood at least 3 feet away to make sure I was comfortable (didn't ask him to do that, but noted & appropriated). I had soooo many questions about the size of the unit etc & he gave me excellent information that none of the other companies I contacted had. He solved my problem with a very simple solution that everyone else said was impossible. Excellent communication, with quick responses to my inquiries & to schedule the new a/c installation. Once I made the decision, they eere able to install the very next day! During installation we discovered there was water underneath the old a/c pan, they removed all the damaged flooring and cleaned everything up! The work is clean & the a/c works great!! I am so happy I decided to support this minority owned business & grateful for the excellent service I received. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!

Nigel is clearly passionate about his business and trade. He takes the time to explain everything and never rushed me once during quote process. Minor issue with my thermostat after a thunderstorm. Ask for cool sent Luis who was quick to arrive. Luis was quick to diagnose the issue and fix it. Luis was a professional, advised me of all steps he was taking to see where the issue was and how he fixed it. I recommend the company as well as Luis as their tech for any HVAC you may need.

I got a new property and the existing AC unit broke down in less than 6 months. I called Nick from Ask for cool to come take a look and gave me a fair price as well as warranty on the work. All I can say is, job well done. Professional crew and the job was quickly.
Excellent service, very fair and competitive pricing. Very honest. Two other companies quoted me much higher than them and also told me I needed more work than it actually needed to be done. They only did the repairs that were necessary. And now my AC is humming along beautifully. Would definitely recommend in use them again.
Our AC unit went out and when I called, they were able to send someone out ASAP to diagnose the problem. A part from the manufacturer took a week to come however they provided us a portable AC unit to tie us over which honestly helped. James came out as soon as the part came in and had our house back in order. Will definitely use them again. Thank you to the whole staff.
