Used this company for a few years now and have always been happy with their service. The technician is always friendly and helpful, and does a good job explaining what he's doing. He always calls to let me know when he will be arriving, so I don't worry about him showing up at an inconvenient time.
My heating and cooling system was on the fritz and I called up Heating & Cooling Tri-City to help me out. They arrived on time, did a quick diagnosis, and didn't give me any shady price quotes like other companies had in the past. Plus, they were able to do the job the same day!

They also showed me a video of how to clean an air conditioning condenser my self which made complete sense after he explained it!

Ken arrived promptly, expertly diagnosed the problem with my thermostat, and provided clean service, wore face masks and shoe covers. In addition, the service is priced very reasonably, even including a 6-month follow-up at no extra charge! His helpers are polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
Well it was a totally unexpected repair. We were packing for a move, it seemed a little hot in our home. Low and behold the air conditioning unit decided to go out. I called Hauler Heating & Air Conditioning Inc and though they were busy, someone was able to schedule our technicians to come out on the same day. They assessed the situation and let us know exactly what was going on with the unit and what our options were for the repair and cost.

I received a call from my tenants that the ac was not working. I called Hauler Heating & Air Conditioning Inc and they were able to get someone out within few hours. Turns out that one of the tenants children had shut off a switch to the blower. I would like to thank Hauler Heating & Air Conditioning Inc for their quick response and only doing what needed to be done. In this heat we will pay anything to get the AC back on, which some companies take advantage of. Great job and thanks again.

Our air conditioning broke the week before a heat wave and we did a search for HVAC specialists in our area. Hauler Heating & Air Conditioning appeared with great reviews on Google. We called them immediately and Tony came and diagnosed the issue and installed a new motor in the furnace there by getting our air up and running. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.
