I was referred from a friend and he told me that Ultracool is professional, honest and will get the job done. They fixed the problem right away and was able to get the ac functioning again.
I don’t write reviews very often but this one is well deserved…. Very responsive and knowledgeable about HVAC and my problem. Basically diagnosed it over the phone, showed up with parts, conformed issue quickly, and completed the repair. 4 hours from call to AC back up and running, and it was an entire fan motor that needed to be replaced. Owner and back office extremely personal / helpful.. Highly recommend them.

When our AC unit started to have issues, we called Ultracool and they first tried helping us run diagnostics over the phone before scheduling a service call. When that didn't fix the cooling issue, we scheduled an appointment and they were on time and extremely professional. They were able to get us a new AC unit much faster than we anticipated and their team came to install it right away. They were extremely professional, prompt and efficient. We are thrilled they helped us and highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing service at a fair cost. Thank you, Ultracool, for keeping us cool!
They were courteous and professional from the office staff to the technician. They completed the installation of the new AC system and lines in 1 day. The technicians also did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done.
