Big fan of Todd and Southeast Cooling & Heating! I have him on speed dial after having multiple positive maintenance type visits over the years. In South Florida finding real honest and fair service is not a given, especially with something as crucial as HVAC and Todd is all that and more, he is a wizard with ACs and is always responsive and quick to diagnose issues and fix them rapidly. Highly recommended!
Originally recommended by my brother, Southeast Cooling and Heating is the real deal. This is now the second time using Southeast Cooling and Heating and Todd the owner is honest and straightforward as they come. It is refreshing to be able to have faith in a service company and owner of the company you need to rely on, especially living in South Florida and experiencing air conditioning issues. If you need any HVAC services, end your search and call Southeast Cooling and Heating.

Whether it was changing a thermostat or replacing a unit, their team gave the job the same level of professionalism and care. They are honest, reliable and excellent communicators!

I love this company. We have worked with them twice, on two different properties over the course of two years. One was a repair, when they could have upsold us a whole new system. The repair was enough and worked great! The second was a new system in a new house. They don't oversell you. They suggest and provide the services you need in an honest and timely manner. Prices are affordable. Their communication is perfect. They also have great technicians who are pleasant and friendly on site. They also got us on the schedule fast. I can't say enough good things about this company.

I had my AC system checked & cleaned by Southeast Cooling & Heating. They were terrific: easy to contact, easy to schedule, on time, and a great job at a reasonable price. Johnny was the person who came to my house. He was pleasant yet professional, clearly knew what he was doing, and did a thorough job. I asked a lot of questions, and he patiently explained everything to me. I have found an excellent company and plan to stay with them.
Highly recommended! Their team is very friendly, knowledgeable, and prices are affordable. They fixed our AC unit within a short period of time, and made recommendations for further service. If anyone in the Broward County area is looking for a cooling or heating company, this is the one to use!
Very professional and responsive. I called on a Friday night and Todd returned my call within 30 minutes. Bryan showed up Saturday morning and performed the necessary service. He was knowledgeable, took his time, answered all my questions, and didn't try to sell me. I'm glad my mother referred them.
Great Company, Great People... Todd, Bryan and Mathew. I replace my A/C unit with all the Air Ducts in my house a complete A/C job on the second week of Dec. Great price for all the work. The two days they were working at my house they were always on time and very professional. My wife and I were very happy with the job they've done. I would highly recommend Southeast Cooling and Heating to any one and I would continue to use their services for the regular maintenance check on my A/C.
Had new AC installed in my Mom's condo. Todd came on time to give quote. Bryan came to do the install - very knowledgeable and professional. Do not hesitate to call Southeast. I was impressed with their work.
I called three different companies on a Sunday to schedule an appt; and decided for southeast cooling. Todd was honest from the beginning and felt comfortable talking to a knowledgeable person that over phone understood what I needed. The guy who came to check on my AC so very nice and helpful. And the price very reasonable. And gave me an amazing estimate of what I might need in the future. Totally recommend them.
I just wanted to say how pleased we were with your service. From our first interaction with Todd on the phone, early on a Sunday morning when out A/C started to malfunction, he was knowledgeable and professional as he walked us through the problem and what to expect. He told us he would be there early on Monday to get us the right part to replaceable and he was there at the time he said he would and he ran to multiple places on a blistering hot day to get us the replacement we needed to get our A/C running again within a couple of hours. We couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. We'll be recommending you to all our friends and family in the Broward area. Thank you, Todd!!

Todd was prompt, professional and honest when repairing my A/C. He told me that I would need a new unit soon, but that we might be able to get my current unit to limp along for a couple more years. He repaired my unit at a reasonable price and I'm chillin now! I will call him for sure when time to replace the entire unit.......Than ks Todd
