PACMAN Electric is a very reliable service to use for any electrical work that is done for residential or commercial. The service manager Heather was very professional on coordinating the availability of the electricians of when they would be arriving at my house. Their electrician Julian arrived at a timely fashion ready to get started. He did an excellent job at replacing the transformer on the side of the house. Anyone that is seeking for any electrical based work that needs to be done. PACMAN is the company that I would recommend.
Timely response, Chris was pleasant to talk to and very efficient. It's just that being a loyal repeat customer I feel $165.00 was a bit much to flip a breaker. I admit my fault for not checking all breakers. Didn't think the solar breakers would be the problem, good cop, not an electrician. Expensive lesson learned.
Hopefully I'm leaving this feedback in the right place. Just wanted to say that "Heather" was very professional and nice over the phone! Even though we ended up cancelling the appointment, but in the future we'll definitely be calling you guys for any type of service that may be needed!
The technicians were amazing to work with, very professional and personable. They arrived on time, worked diligently to get the job done, and then cleaned up after themselves. They offered good solutions for the installation we were trying to do, and in the end everything looks and works great! Highly recommended.
We were fortunate to have Phil as our technician to install fans in our new condo. Phil is knowledgeable, fast, thorough, and responsive. He shows up on time and cleans up after the work is done. He explained the process and constraints of the installation clearly so we could easily discuss options and find a solution we're happy with. From our initial calls to the general customer support line, to coordinating with Julian to schedule the service, to working with Phil for the installation, we were impressed with Pacman Electric's team. Much appreciated!
