ALERT!!!! ALERT!!!! This company Jack Rabbit went out of business within two months of my new installation and the New Company *Air Pro is non-responsive to any inquiries regarding *Air Pros commitment to honor the contracts of the existing customers from Jack Rabbit. I did not receive the 12 months of air conditioning filters, the inspection was not done and business is closed. These companies are getting away with awful business ethics and integrity. I have called Air Pro at least 10xs and have not received a response. JUNE 15, 2023 UPDATE ~ After saying I would seek legal action a representative from Air Pro called me back and explained; Air Pro has no obligations to Jack Rabbit customers they only bought the google telephone number. Yes. apparently it's legal. All the new business will now be directed to Air Pro. To be continued………. ALERT !!!! ALERT !!! # 2 continued If Jack Rabbit filed for a City Inspection Permit it maybe done under a fraudulent name. In my case they filed under a company named Mechanical AC RES. When I called Mech AC they informed me they have no business affiliation with Jack Rabbit AC. I called the City of Tamarac for advise. I was told I must find another company and transfer the contract and have the new company file for a permit.......The SAGA continues....... NO WAY CAN I MAKE THIS UP! SHADING BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE BEING ALLOWED AND AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMERS. So disappointed........ *****This is where the complimentary review began and the unfortunate saga begins ******** My old A/C system was 21 years old. We all know it was time for an upgrade. After doing my do diligence; research, comparisons and getting a few estimates I chose Jack Rabbit. Here are my reasons for selecting Jack Rabbit: 5 star rating; referred by a friend; local company with excellent customer service, several options for service warranty plans; (Daikin ~ DX4SE - SEER 14.3) No foreign parts; 12 months of filters included; City Permit and inspection
DO NOT USE! Jack Rabbit was great, but then they went out of business and another company bought there phone number. The thing is I bought the yearly maintenance plan from them and the new company will not honor our maintenance plan and never showed up when I made an appointment. THIS IS A NEW COMPANY, JACK RABBIT DOES NOT EXIST ANY MIORE.
Scheduled a visit for a quote on a new system and the tech never showed up. No call. Nothing.
My AC unit was leaking a lot of water, after an an initial visit with Dominic, it was determined that it was time to get a new unit. Tony came out a few days later to give me an estimate and an overview, he presented me with several options, being considerate of what I was able to pay. He was patient and thorough discussing what could/should be done. Ultimately, we decided on a new unit. The crew of Juan, Gio and O'Neal, came and installed the unit. Despite running into some size issues, this awesome crew figured out and delivered on an awesome AC unit install. They were all awesome! From day 1, this company is top notch.

Fabulous customer service. Tito took his time to explain the why, which I appreciated immensely. My AC is definitely not working as hard as it used to and cools much faster. He explained why my Nest thermostat was going offline and how to troubleshoot it in the future if required. How to keep the drainage pipe clean in between visits. Recommending how often I should be changing the filter upon inspecting the one I had recently placed. I made sure to sign up for the biannual maintenance. Highly recommended.
After 19 years I needed a new AC in my home. JackRabbit exceeded my expectations. Tony was thorough in presenting my options and answered all my questions. He was punctual and professional. On the day of installation four very professional showed up, O’Neil, Juan ,Gio and Jo. They worked all day and the work was done to perfection. I am extremely happy and would not hesitate to recommend this reliable company. I appreciated the text communications with the names of each workers and the punctuality.
Personally I was not happy with there service! And would not recommend this company to anyone..I felt abused being a senior citizen, and I felt like they upsold products that I really didn't need. After getting a second opinion, they made me feel like I needed what they were selling.i just wanted a tune up...
I had insulation added in my ceiling, for the purposes of cooling and heating costs. The team, Juan, Gio and O'Neil, they arrived on time, they were neat, no messes and picked up after themselves. I was very happy with the service. Nice guys.

My hat off to Gio, Juan & O’Neil. On time, professional, explained every aspect of the job to the fullest. Gio, is very meticulous about his performance and very attentive to detail. Mario, who was my first contact for information was very professional in his appearance and explaining all of the details. He even put on shoe cover’s before entering into my apt. 👍 Highly recommended their services and staff. Thank you guys
JD, Juan, O.Neil and Gio were the gentlemen who worked on my installation. All were VERY professional and personable. Please send me some business cards as I have neighbors who have asked me what company I used and what the price was. Personal recommendations are the best way to increase your business and these men are the ones to do that job.
We were looking for a new AC company to help up. We always used Air Amer but they did maintenance on our AC this year and they were terrible/rude etc--they went corporate so will never use them again. We found Jackrabbit AC and they were awesome. Jason came over to clean our AC unit. He explained EVERYTHING, was SUPER NICE and helpful, patient. He did a great job, was very neat and cleaned up. I cannot say enough nice things about the company and Jason. Great job everyone we will be returning!!
Tito was very helpful in answering all my questions. He provided amazing customer service. He came on time, he is very knowledgeable on the unit and he really took the time to be sure that I understood everything that he worked on at my home. He even provided a toy stuffed rabbit and coloring book to my nephew that he loved soo much and I really appreciate his hard work.I highly recommend this company for all your air conditioning services.
My technician Guty Jr was excellent and very knowledgeable. He took his time inspecting my complete system and replaced a faulty part. I hope my future experience with this company will be the same. He definitely gets 5 stars!

This company provided excellent professional services from it owner ( Elizabeth), Manager (Tony), knowledgeable technicians (Gio, Juan F, Tito, Juan R., Mario, and Ricardo), and to its office staff (Angie and Laura). Wow, what a team!!! The installation of my new HVAC system was completed on schedule AND, even with the impending approach of Hurricane Ian, the project was delivered with professional excellence. All questions/concerns were quickly addressed in terms a home owner can appreciate and understand. Additionally, the utilization of text messaging with photos to notify customers of the arrival of servicing technicians is an indication of the company's concern and appreciation for the security and safety of its employees and customers. I am very happy with the service from JackRabbit AC! Technicians Jason and Dominic explained everything throughly, gave me different options, and helped me resolve my AC issues efficiently. They were quick and walked me though the entire process! 10/10 would recommend to any of my family or friends :-)
After reading so many positive reviews we decided to have Jack rabbit come out and quote us for some duct work for 2 rooms in our house. Rather than giving us a quote for just the duct work, the technician INSISTED that the only way to correct the problem we were having was to fully replace our entire fully functional AC system and all of the duct work in the house for $26,000. We got other quotes and the problem was corrected by someone else for $2000 and we couldn’t be happier. I can understand some variance in quotes, but to insist that this was the only solution is downright dishonest.
Called these guys to do a repair and unfortunately my wife was home and told me they were charging almost 10k for repair. I figured she was home with the kids so the rep saw it as an opportunity to take advantage. Anyways got the unit fixed for around $1500 I hope this isn't normal business practice. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
