I highly recommend this company. They made sure that our AC was working properly and the follow up was excellent. Very professional and kind. Will definitely use them again should I need help with my AC and recommend to family and friends.
I want to thank Joe & Joe for the fast and responsive service. They provided a quote quickly, and were very timely and punctual in their appointment. I live about 40 minutes away, and I appreciate the technology of receiving text messages and alerts. I was even able to track where they were when they mentioned that they were on the way. Happy to recommend.

They did an incredible job! My AC broke Friday night and they were able to come right away and fix it. Mario also did an amazing job at explaining the problem and making sure that it’s working perfectly before he left.
Had a wonderful experience with HI-VAC. They serviced my A/C unit. Communication from start to finish was great and the technician explained different things to consider as the unit ages. Their price was very fair for the service provided. Will use again.
Scheduling was simple and our technician Robert arrived the same day very shortly after we first contacted. Robert was knowledgeable, professional and addressed all of our concerns. Would gladly recommend other to try this service. Great work, Robert!
Excellent, my drain pipe was clogged and my technician John listened to what I was trying to do before he got there. He also thoroughly explained what I would be getting if I opted for the service contract. I watched him, he didn't mind. The team followed up with me the next day. I feel the price for the service contract for two preventative maintenance visits was very fair. I feel the service will keep my AC in the best condition as it ages.
The AC unit was not running properly. I called Hi-Vac and left a voice message in the evening. First thing in the morning (8:00am) I received a call saying that a tech would reach out 15-30 mins before arriving. A few hours later Brandon called and was at my home within 15 mins. He assessed the problem and corrected it. He told me what to look out for and if it should happens again, to call the office. He was on top of the problem and provided solutions to correct it. He was also very professional, explained in a manner that I understood, took his time and cleaned up. I’d highly recommend Hi-Vac for installation and most definitely Brandon for service!
I want to say from the time of the appointment confirmation to the technician service, the maintanance was a breeze. Very good service. I used this company for my AC installation in 2018, and continued my maintanance till today and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you
Such a great experience from start to finish!!! It's very refreshing to find an honest company that you can trust to not over sell you and to stand behind their work... Quick installation and then there were some issues to make code enforcement happy. Hi-Vac was quick to come out and fix the issues very impressive Highly Recommend 👍

I could not be happier with service I received from Hi-Vac! Everything from my initial call, working with their dispatchers to arrange an appointment to the technician Steven was great. Everybody was courteous, prompt, efficient and professional. Steven did a great job of explaining the problem with our AC system and the solutions available. I requested HI-VAC to comento inspect the door of my Trane handler unit which means to have missing parts. They are TRANE certified and I was using a nom-certified company to do my regular maintenance. The HI-VAC technician came and knew very well what to do. He has spare parts and was able to complete what was necessary but didn’t have one. He was creative enough to add some pieces and resolve the issue of the missing part with his creation. That is someone who thinks outside the box. He re-installed the door and didn't leave until the air that was spacing from the unit was minimal, which is normal. Also showed me that a part that was installed in my unit was not connected to anything, in other words, had no purpose. He didn’t need to do that, was above and beyond the scope of work but now I know what it is for and that it has no purpose right now. I will do my future maintenance with them
i had steven come out to my house after i had him let me know what he could do to fix my ac leak. he was very punctual and polite as well as very knowledgeable about his work which i appreciated very much, he stuck around until all the thermostats were installed and set up with the app which was quite confusing but he made it super simple and easy. i couldn’t be more grateful for the time and effort they put into getting my home cold again :)))
Such great service! Today the technician left everything so clean he we my above and beyond and even fixed the door that hides the acv unit. 100% reccomend
